I Ordered 2 large pizza’s online with bread sticks. Went in to pick up my pizza order and there was a couple more people waiting to get their pizza that we’re very upset because they had been waiting for 30 minutes. When I asked the employee in the kitchen if my order was ready he went to the order tags and said they didn’t have an order for me and that they must have lost it then turned around and walked away and ignored me. Then the cashier asked if I found everything and I told her no and told her that I ordered pizza’s and they lost me order. The cashier said “I’m sorry” and just scanned my items and started talking to another employee. I told her to have a nice day and she just ignored me. They made no attempt to offer to reorder my pizza’s. I was very upset and went to Papa Murphy’s where

Wish there was a way to give no stars. My pizza was over an hour late. Couldn’t get ahold of them on the phone so drove in there and they said it had just left the store. when the pizza arrived the delivery boy was horribly rude. And one of my pizzas was completely wrong. They have great pizza, but they are never on time and they always act like it’s your fault when they mess up!

Horrible service! Ordered 5 pizzas online and went to pick up 40 minutes later and when we got there to pick them up the kid making the pizzas got rude with me when I questioned why only 2 pizzas were done and it was going to be another 20 minutes for the other 3 to be done…. Then a older lady came and helped with making pizzas and said “it’s just not possible to make 5 pizzas in that time” and was extremely rude about it. I know how to make pizzas and it only takes 7 to 8 minutes for a pizza to go through the conveyor oven and they have to that were running… No excuses for this and the behavior that was going on inside this store! I love Casey’s but this location is damaging the brand! I would strongly recommend that everyone stays away from the Fergus falls Casey’s location many other stores in town to go to!
