High marks all around! The beer is deliciously cold and the food is amazing. Broiled oysters with chipotle bourbon butter to start, so good. Had the loaded clam chowder in a fresh sourdough bread bowl. Unbelievably good. The clam strips, cheddar and bacon enhanced the flavorful chowder and the bread bowl was the perfect finisher. A true Central Coast gem!

Some of the best raw oysters I’ve had on the central coast, and at a price that’s fair. Perfect size, and that indescribable briny pop. We also got the fish and chips, breaded shrimp, fried squid strips and some super tasty oysters Rockefeller. Only the squid was a bit disappointing. Too little squd and too much breading.

Prices are great food is good and the best part is the young girl Valerie who works behind the bar. Very courteous and kind. And quick at getting drinks out and cleaning up tables when needed.

I’m so glad this place is here. It’s just a friendly non-intimidating place to be. You’d never expect to get such great seafood at a place that looks so much like a dive-bar. The quality of the food is far better than the prices would suggest.

Oysters were fresh and delicious. Grilled fish and chips as well. Nice beer selection No frills atmosphere and large back garden area are great. I get the no frills part but why serve everything on flimsy plastic plates with flimsier plastic forks? At least the drinks were served in glass. If I pay good money for good food it shouldn’t be on plastic.

The oysters are fresh, they have a good basic seafood menu, with some other Items. Lots of beers on tap. Low key, small Neighborhood joint with affordable prices. Nice back patio. Nipomo needed a independent non chain place like this.
