Went this past week ended up waiting over an hour first issue was the oven burnt the pizzas after waiting 20 mins when we were told online it’d be 13 ok no problem things happen then told it’s be 12 minutes for the pizza that was burnt ended up waiting 30 min for them to hand my order to someone else then that person had started to drive off check the food me and my mom seen him open the boxes to check he reversed they took the pizza back gave him his and one of the employees came out with the same pizzas this guy had just opened we even asked them if it was the same ones and they said yes that it was store policy if the customer had taken

My family and I enjoyed a great customer service experience at Domino’s. We ordered three medium hand tossed pizzas with two toppings: pepperoni and bacon. The pizzas were freshly made while we waited. Not only was the pizza delicious, but the friendly service we received was AWESOME. I plan to visit again soon and recommend it to others.

You will never get enough cheese on a Pizza Hut Pizza. Unbelievable, you ask and pay for extra cheese and it’s amazing how little cheese you get on a Pizza Hut pizza. This is why that are closing a massive amount of stores. If you don’t make the pizza where a customer will think “I would like to have another one”. You’re not going to get repeat customers unless you are the only pizza place in town. PUT CHEESE ON YOUR PIZZAS.

It was pretty cool, ordered through the phone and this kinda wacky AI answered. Didn’t even have to speak to a person, which is always a plus when I wanna get my large pizza on. I’m pretty sure it goofed the order slightly tho but the Dominos people fixed it right up for us in like 5 minutes. Even when I did have to speak to the people inside they were all big chill. No aggression at fellow man for working in public service, just chill vibes which is more than anyone can ask for. 10/10 really, shout out whoever was working the shift tonight.

When i ordered yesterday, it took 50 mins and two drivers to deliver my two medium, three topping pitzas that were not hot, but warm, and missing on the thin crust an extra steak which would have made a third topping, and the hand tossed was miss missing the onion

You do not leave someone on hold for 20 minutes and then tell them the system is down. It was 8pm and I was calling in supper while I was driving home. Had I known, I could have called somewhere that was up and running and had supper ready when I got to town. Very poor customer service!! I had already been put on hold once and when she disconnected me I called back and asked not to be put on hold and she did it anyway. I guess calling back was my first mistake!! I won’t make that mistake AGAIN!!!
