Terrible experience on 7/18/2023. Usually I have a great experience and all my previous orders were good. However this specific order was terrible. I ordered a pan pizza with chicken and feta cheese. The pizza barely had any toppings (only 2 slices had toppings) and barely any cheese (half of the pizza had cheese). I ordered the lava cake and look at the picture to see what I was given.

Best pizza I have ordered. Usually when I order pizza from other Pizza Hut or Marcos it’s delivered cold and my toppings are on top of the box and not on the pie. Not only was my pizza and parmesan twists delivered hot but it looked just as good as the picture on their website.

I just order a $30 Pizza supposedly a large with Extra cheese. It arrived in a timely manner, but it looked like a small, hardly any sause and hardly any cheese at all. I called and spoke with a person but as I explained he appeared to be putrid and told me it would be 2 hrs before they can send me a new pizza. This is my second time trying this store, and will not order again. I paid for a pizza, I expected to receive what a paid for without the attuned and I tipped. Disappointed for the last time.

Ordered for carry out. Website said pizza was ready so we headed to the shop. Upon arrival counter guy was extremely rude. Told my wife pizza wasn’t ready to which she replied the website said it was. The counter guy rudely replied “I know that. The slip is right here but it’s not ready”. Why have a system to inform us if pizza is ready if you’re just gonna manipulate it to make your numbers look better. Terrible service!

The hours posted on 5/19 were 10:00 and we started calling to place an order until we were notified that they actually opened at 10:30. Then, after 10:30, when the call center would transfer our calls to the store the phone would ring and ring until it disconnected. Several calls from a landline, 9 from my phone, and more from another cell phone all left to ring out. The call center had no idea what I was talking about when I said perhaps this store had a phone that was not functioning. Someone should know something so there is a better solution than leaving customers to call over and over. FIX YOUR PHONE.

This Domino’s is hit or miss. Takeout seems to be fine but delivery is a whole other issue.They disregard topping choices. I have a family member that can’t have olives. Pizza comes and it’s full of olives.if it’s clear to us, when ordering, it should be clear to them. ‍♀️

I know dominoes has a bad reputation but i literally ate this whole entire pizza because it tasted so good and was baked perfectly, delivered very fast, i was happy overall with everything. Today i have a medium 2 topping scheduled for 10:30 that i used my reward points for, just got to pay a $2.50 delivery fee and thats all. Free to add extra sauce to your pizza which is very cool, they seem like they got some good workers here who know what they are doing, its not always dominoes to blame its workers who don’t like their job and what not but this one is a good store and they did a good job. If you wanna save money and still beat the competitors then this store is the one.

Called in my order for carside pick up. The coutdown on my phone stopped before the food was actually brought out, but it was still fast. The new tater topped tots were tasty (bacon and cheddar) but, in my opinion, for the price it should be a larger portion.
