This place has THE best burritos around, no competition. His tacos and quesadillas are phenomenal too. Heck, everything on his menu is amazing that we’ve tried. Every time we travel to Boise we have to go here at least once if not more.

I love taco trucks, this one is excellent but still nothing beats Taco Munoz in Ontario, but these are amazing, fresh; I liked the chorizo the best, asada was delicious as well… green salsa was amazing, if they had pico de Gallo then it might beat Taco Munoz .. super delicious and fresh; I will absolutely return! Thank you!!

So the thing is I love this place! You can get a burrito, 2 tacos and a beer for like $11.. my only complaint (hence minus a star) is that there are chunks of fat in the Adobo and carne asada burritos.. this was only discovered when I heated them up the next day. Kind of gross but again.. amazing local little food truck. Will continue to return.

Great service, tasty food, and quickly made. I ordered the beef burrito and it was large and filling. If you order with a card, there’s a minimum 5$ transaction; or no minimum if you pay with cash. Looking forward to coming back.

I’m ashamed I haven’t rated yet. I’ve been eating here every week for a couple months now…. Sometimes a couple times a week. This is by far my favorite food truck. And not even for what I like most based on the majority of reviews. These are hands down the best tortas I’ve ever had in my life. Slap yo mama good. I prefer the chorizo (pretty much the best chorizo I’ve ever had as well, you can buy it by weight in the store as well!!!) but the steak and pork are also fantastic. Amazing hot sauces as well. Couldn’t recommend stronger.

Was SO excited to try carnitas tacos, seeing all that cilantro and onions. Well, totally underwhelmed. 🙁 So. Dry. The Cilantro and onions must have been old, no flavor. Meat was very, very dry. Put some salsa on to help, but… man…could be so good. It was not. Dang.
