Unfortunately, this Cracker Barrel wasn’t as efficient or as friendly as other franchises that I’ve visited. We arrived about an hour before the restaurant was about to close. We waited over 10 minutes at the hostess stand to be seated. The restaurant was nearly empty, but 6 or more employees were acknowledging us but not finding us a table. Finally, we were seated, and our server came to our table after another 10 minutes. Our food was cold when served, and the gravy was congealed. Our bread wasn’t served with our meal. Cracker Barrel is our go-to while traveling. We won’t be visiting this franchise again.

Friendly service, good food but the bathrooms need some work. The stall door was not lined up/screwed in properly, cannot just shut it without lifting it up and aligning it. The toilet seat was not properly screwed in and the whole bathroom needs a dedicated cleaning. Otherwise great experience and location.

Decided to stop and eat at this Cracker Barrel location while traveling I-75 North. The restaurant of course was clean the staff was friendly and the wait was very minimal. I ordered a full piece of ham with three vegetables and ice water. The server was excellent extremely friendly attentive and fast. The quality of food was good I definitely enjoyed myself would return while traveling on 75 and would make a strong recommendation to visit this particular location.

Cracker Barrel is pretty consistent no matter which interstate you follow. The servers were friendly and the store was well kept. Our food came out exactly as ordered, hot and delicious. Refills were prompt and our server Octavia made sure our visit was the best it could be. We stayed at the Hampton Inn, just across the parking lot. Great location.

My 20 Week Journey The Journey Continues
First time at this location Riverside and I didn’t like the food. It looked good but it wasn’t. The pancakes my friend got she loved them. The gravy for the biscuits were bland no flavor. The eggs wasn’t good at all I don’t know if they were powdered or what. The bacon was overcooked and the grits wasn’t cooked all the way. I was very disappointed I won’t be back.

So I love Cracker Barrel and we’ve stopped at this one while traveling before multiple times. This experience was really, really bad. We got here a little after 8pm. The dining room had a few people in it and a lot of the tables were dirty.
