Zero stars is what they deserve. Ordered chicken salad with NO cheese. Good thing I opened the bag, cheese all over it. Told the gal at the window and explained that cheese gives me a rash and that I ordered it without. She asked if they could just scoop it off. I told her again that it gives me a rash and no it could not be scraped off. She took it and brought a “new” salad a minute later. I checked, appeared to have no cheese and I proceeded to park. I took 2 bites and found cheese. Seriously? They just scooped it off. Intentionally causing me harm. I will never return and have told everyone I know about this.

There were some struggles among the customers on where to pickup mobile orders. Once I figured that out, I found that my order was already there (which was quick, and the food was properly made to order).

It was cold outside and for some weird reason no Uber driver was willing to drive us home, so my friend and I walked from the car dealership to Wendy’s and were craving a nice meal. I got number 9 on the menu and my friend got number 4. Number 9 was basically a beef burger with cheese and bacon and some weird crispy pieces of something that looked like fish. Number 9 off the menu looked appetising, but when it was on the table, it was a whole different story. The burger was absolutely tasteless and the fries were okay. I was devastated. Fortunately, the cherry vanilla coke that I had tasted for the very first time was a hit and that saved my taste buds. Overall if you’re ever planning on going to this Wendy’s, DON’T GO, there’s a pizza place right next to Wendy’s, GO THERE INSTEAD.
