I ate there today around 4pm. The restaurant was filthy. The meat was cold. The guacamole was brown. I ordered tacos and asked for fresh meat. He still gave me the cold, dry chicken that was sitting in the container for who knows how long. I ate 1 taco…because I had not eaten all day and was starving. I looked at the other 2 and was disgusted so I threw them away.

Food was good but Samantha had a very bad attitude i actually felt very uncomfortable she seems like she hates her job and is miserable or doesn’t do well with customer service…. however another employee did step in and apologies for her behavior overall my experience there has been good but that was definitely a turn off .

It’s not a bad location but it’s also not a good location. I would say it’s 50/50 They’re honestly hit or miss. Sometimes they’re good & sometimes they aren’t. The only thing that annoys me is when my mobile order is wrong. Especially because I don’t live close to that location, so, I can’t just get up & go get my order re-made. This has happened a few times and as I’ve stated before it’s annoying as hell. Nonetheless, it’s a chipotle. What you see is what you get.

Absolutely the worst managed Chipotle in the area! Have given it several chances and each time they either out tacos,sour cream, shortage of help and the ones they have are not trained. Tables always dirty, meat always cold! I will continue to eat Chipotle, but will not return to this location

Honestly consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They get your order wrong all the time, they forget stuff that you paid for so you have to go back. This is the closest chipotle around, but at this point I’d rather drive an extra 10 min to another chipotle than go to this one
