That was horrible!! I order 2 chicken sandwiches online using the app & my phone send me a notification saying that my order is ready & when I got to the location the cashier said it wasn’t ready my order yet, the senior just let me waiting 5 more minutes until my food gets ready but, my sandwich was only bread, cheese, jalapeño & pineapple ♂️ wheres the chicken ? ♂️ if u gonna get a sandwich I rather go to eat on subway & it’s even more cheaper.

Patricia the manager was the worst. No customer service at all. The the staff is great but the manager ordered pan and recieved hand toss. Manager basically called me a liar. Calling corporate tomorrow, wasted 20 mins on hold to speak to her for nothing.

Worst experience ever! go anywhere else!! I placed an order online for delivery after 40 min of placing the order I got a message my pizza was on its way 45 min passed and I got no delivery I called to see what was happening and was informed the pizza was not delivered and was going to get delivered after 30 min I didn’t get any delivery I called to cancel my order the manager was completely clue less of what was happening with my order was no help took forever to help me biggest waste of time
