I can’t even be mad at this little niche spot in Roswell. You see, I’m a pizza and burgers kinda gal. But my much healthier sibling brought me here against most of my will, and I have to say- the food and smoothies are certainly… healthy! They somehow managed to make a tropical smoothie with no greens taste like grass, but it was refreshing and definitely made me feel like one of those Instagram fitness baddies. The avocado toast was devoid of salt, but was fresh and tasted like success nonetheless. Dare I say it: I might even start making it at home (with a few seasonings… one step at a time now). If you like spending money and things like charcoal lemonade and turmeric lattes sound good to you, give it a try and live your best life. Hope this helps!

I have been coming here for months and every time the service is good and the food tastes great. The portions are a nice size. I have tried almost everything on the menu but love the smoothies. Recovery is my favorite in the smoothie section. I have tried all of the wraps including the breakfast, tuna, chicken, and vegetarian. Each of them have their own taste and flavoring. This is not boring healthy food it is delicious and nutritious. They also make different types of juice. I often get celery juice as I have seen it helps me recover from illnesses faster. Açaí bowl was great. It was not sweet as sweet as some other açaí bowls, however the raw honey on top compensated a bit. Went during lunch time on a Saturday and it was nice and quiet. A lot of people coming in and out to pick up orders but besides that a great spot to wind down, catch some lunch, and get some peace and quiet. Definitely will be going again.

Super clean, chic atmosphere. ✨️ Staff was kind and knowledgeable! The avocado toast was impeccable and I paired it with the Mushroom Coffee Iced Latte. Highly recommend if you like mildly sweet coffees that boost your mood. ☕️ The mushroom blend is Lion’s Mane and Reishi paired with raw cacao, coffee and maple syrup.
