The atmosphere was amazing. The service from the wait staff could have been better, they never came back to check on us after serving us our food which seems to be a running theme with this location based on other reviews. Maybe that should be addressed because it definitely does make a difference on whether people return or not. My partner was very happy with his food and had no complaints. However, I feel like the stuffed poblano pepper I ordered was just okay. The people was just barely cooked/roasted which made it feel like it I was eating an almost raw pepper. The filling was delicious though! The jalapeno margarita was to die for! May or may not be back.

It was delicious! Me and my husband are big foodies so we know what’s good and what can be made better at home. This is definitely a place we’ll be going back to. The service was great 5/5, food was delicious 5/5, atmosphere was quiet and calming with the lights, Mexican music was a bit much but don’t take my word for it because I don’t like that kind of music. It was a tad hot for us, we prefer cold temps. Other than that it was amazing. 100% recommend.

I stumbled on this restaurant when I found myself super hungry and turned in their driveway on a whim. I wasn’t even sure they were open–you can’t see inside their windows very well, but there were a few cars outside. It turned out to be very good overall–very good service, good food. They would probably attract more customers if they could make the building look less mysterious and more open and bright. Yes, I would recommend this restaurant.

For a mid price range mexican restraunt I really like this place, the staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. The decor, parking and general set up is a little dated but that’s honestly about it. Drink specials are good and happy hour isn’t bad. You could do a lot worse but not much better.

I had a burrito, and it was huge tasted ok, and I love leftovers, but the next day, it sucked. My boy had the tacos and almost 5 bucks each, and he said they did not live up to the standards, and I almost ordered some and am glad I didn’t. I love them tacos from Oakland for half the price and almost all spots incredible.

First time here, and I thought it was great! Very friendly and attentive service from the friendly staff. Had the jalapeno poppers and 6 tacos, all of which were hot and flavorful. Carne asada, tinga, and marinated pork! Live near here and will be back for sure!

The server there, the younger man that never introduces himself, gives the worst service. I have only ever been to this location, and the first couple of times I was so so happy to finally be able to eat Mexican food again since becoming a vegetarian. But I went back with a friend after raving about how wonderful everything was, and the young man left us there and never checked on us again after he took our orders until he brought our checks. Our drinks were long gone and I was unable to finished my meal without a sip of water.

A very nice looking and clean restaurant. The service was excellent and so was the margarita. My burrito was very bland and the flour tortilla was hard the rice was overcooked and practically tasteless. Maybe just an off day for the cook.
