First time at Moe’s and I was pleasantly surprised. Very similar to that other burrito place but I liked Moe’s better. I liked Moe’s ingredients better, you get a sauce “bar” and FREE chips that were NOT stale (like that other place). I will be a repeat customer.

We’ve been coming to Moe’s for years, but feel like the food quality has been taking some cuts. Just some constructive criticism as we have been Moe’s fans for years but find ourselves wanting to go elsewhere lately. Bring back the Jr burrito please! Also, would be nice to separate the grilled onions from the grilled green peppers like they used to be as even tho your employees are nice enough to separate them, the taste is still mixed. And one last but not least, your tomatoes/pico are sooo mooshy. 3 of us that eat it here agree and normally we love pico and tomatoes! If you could use fresher tomatoes or make it not so mooshy, then oh my goodness you all would be perfect. The shredded iceberg lettuce was crunchier and nicer to bite into too, my son wants to add. We miss the cucumbers too but understand that’s probably not a popular menu item. Keep the rest like it is and we like your new sauces you’ve brought in too! Employees are nice and we like the renovations you’ve done to the inside! Maybe turn the music down a tad tho, we couldn’t really talk to each other while we were there. But if you all work on making those improvements to your food choices (most of which you used to have), we would keep coming back for years to come.

I ordered a Stack from their today and I should’ve known from the smell of the bag that it was burnt but it did not look burnt. Until I unwrapped it all at work and the whole bottom was burnt and the smell was unbearable. I couldn’t enjoy my food at all I had to trash it but on the Brightside the Strawberry Lemonade was Amazing.

We love Moes usually but this was the WORST waste of money yet. Take out tacos put on foil,not wraped and inside of tacos were at bottom of bag. My husbands quesadilla was thrown in foil in almost a scrunched up ball. Food was so soggy that the tortilla’s dropped everything out once picked up.

Delicious food, excellent portions, entertaining staff—what moe’ could I ask for? Ahh—free chips and salsa on the house!! If you like guacamole, I suggest getting the veggie version of whatever you’re getting which typically is cheaper and includes guacamole on it or in it without an upcharge (unlike some of the meat versions). If you want moe of something, just say, “gimme lots of guac!” “Ooh a little more!” They’re generous if you speak up. 🙂

Dominic and Tom who helped me with the food had great energy while doing their job and the store general manager Justin made sure I was happy with everything. They make sure the facility is kept clean and presentable which with the combined effort of the team makes the overall eating experience clearly more enjoyable. I recommend this place to my friends, clients and family over other establishments that serve similar food like chipotle and Qdoba. Not just because the food is actually better, but also because there is more space to enjoy yourself and most important thing in any business- the high quality staff!!!
