Ordered pizza online through app. Ready notification sent 15 min later. At pickup was told 15-20 min longer. This is 2nd time this has happened in past 4 weeks at this location. Either fix app, or train staff to properly use notification system.

Brewton took a good pizza place and ruined it just like I predicted they would!! I’m from Huntsville and let me just tell you out of every dominos I’ve been to, this is the worst one. Rude employee, cold pizza, gave me some burnt bread with cheese and chicken (man I couldn’t even make out what it was)& dry wings. I spent 31 dollars on an order that was all wrong and when I called to ask what happened, I was told they were closed but could offer me a ten dollar credit. Ten dollar credit for a 31 dollar order. I was rudely hung up on and I called back was lied to about the general manager being able to speak to me said they had just stepped out as I asked to speak to him. I will not be stepping foot back in this poor excuse for a restaurant. By the way any dominos restaurant you go to and you order wings, they will be covered in sauce this place put no sauce on theirs! 31 dollars wasted!!

Absolutely terrible customer service!! My mother in law just ordered 3 pizzas, garlic twists, wings, five 20 Oz cokes and a 20 Oz sprites and we got a 2 liter coke and a 20 Oz Fanta. Mother in law called back and explained that we didn’t get what we ordered and the assistant manager said she will bring us a 20 Oz diet coke and we can take it or the driver won’t come out. THERE ARE 7 PEOPLE LIVING HERE!!! And when she got here, she is gonna have the nerve to ask for the other drinks back AND try to take the diet coke because the Fanta was already half consumed. Disgraceful!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINOS IN BREWTON! Shut them down!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying we tried to be understanding. We ordered our food and went to pick it up, my husband waited over an hour, only then after asking three times did they just start on the order. An hour after it was supposed to be done. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and just asked to cancel the order. Not a big deal. I waited three days and checked my bank account. They still charged us for the food they were supposed to cancel. I called the manager, she said to come in for a refund. As we were only in town for the day that wouldn’t be possible. She told me she would credit our dominos account. I called my local dominos a day later to see about the credit. There wasn’t any credit. They stole from us, never refunded our money and lied to my face. I contacted corporate who referred me to the Franchise owner that was supposed to contact me a week ago. Now I know why his employees are liars and thieves, considering he couldn’t contact me in a week. Horrible business. Stay away. They make their money off of people staying in town who they can rip off and won’t come back.

Holy Cow!!! I just ate the very best pizza I’ve ever had!!! I wasn’t too excited when my husband choose pizza for supper, but I was not considering the slight chance of the best pizza maker ever cooking for me!!!! Whoever worked last night around 8pm or so, I thank you!!!!! All 3 of our pizzas were exceptional! Job well done.

I usually don’t have any problems with this location. The latest they deliver is an hour on average and the food is usually good. Occasionally sandwich bread will be burned or not properly layered but I don’t consider that a huge deal. Their website is good and contactless delivery is very convenient. Definitely recommend if you need something quick.

Ridiculous rude staff wait time is outrageous they don’t answer the phone and they put you on hold and keep you there when they don’t want to be accountable for answering any questions about Quality of pizza or time of delivery and this isn’t from being short staffed this is pure laziness

The order took an hour and a half, they gave me the wrong drink (and did not call to ask what I’d like instead of what I ordered, which they were out of), then the delivery guy literally just dropped the 2 liter in front of me and handed it back. I don’t think he apologized either, but I may be incorrect about that so I won’t count it. Not happy.

Definitely do not reccomend this establishment!! Pizza was cooked way to long. Pepperoni was hard and partially burned. The 5 cheese dip was hard and paper thin .you definitely couldn’t dip the bread into it!! The only thing worth eating was the brownie cookie.!! Wasted money!!!
