Zaq, an employee there, is a rude sob. Why would Casey’s have someone dealing with customers as a cashier by someone so pompous and nasty? Saw him tell a 60 year old man, “Do you not know how to read a sign,? Apparently not.” Went on to be rude to my daughter and myself at check out which is too much to type. His buddy came in so he was yuck yucking it up and cussing up a storm in front of children.. nice Casey’s. Way to represent your store.

The employees were understandably more then reasonable knowing it was their fault. The assistant manager this night was above and beyond kind and professional! Thanks again for the great customer service. Also bad on door dash app thinking the order was done.

Ordered tonight around 6pm and pizza didn’t arrive until 7:57pm. Taco pizza didn’t have lettuce and wasn’t cut, it was also missing taco sauce. The chicken wings were rock hard. Cheese sticks were good. Overall the order was cold and clearly sat there awhile. We had no idea that Casey’s had switched to Doordash for delivery or else we’d have gone to pick it up. Lesson learned.

I used to frequent this place often, but the last two times I’ve been there, two of their three cash registers were broken down, leading to exceptionally long wait times to check out. To add insult to injury, the rewards system didn’t find my account on the one working register.

All I wanted was a pack of cigarettes, sadly you can’t open on time. Lights are on, but I’m not sitting in my car in front of your doors 20min after you open just to check if there locked. They were before I left. So glad people can do their jobs SO well. Don’t even ask me about their day time kitchen crew…

The new location on e university in pleasant hill. Not so good. Sold me popcorn chicken that was made 3 hrs previous, taste like rubber. And to top it off the old man cashier is a jerk. Both times I have been in there. He is plain rude, bad attitude.

They didn’t make our pizza that we called in. My husband had to wait nearly an hour to finally get it. The girl that answered the phone was just horrible. One of the cashiers that was there was very unprofessional and rude. Stick to the original Pleasant Hill Casey’s. It’s not as shiney and new, but they are nicer, more professional and make great pizza on time.

I ordered online a large one topping, cheese bread & boneless wings. Receives my email confirmation at 5:17 pm stating that it would be delivered around 6:47 pm. I called to check at 6:48 pm & was told ‘your pizza is ready, but we are waiting for the driver to come back, so it can be delivered.’ I asked if it was going to be hot and told ‘it should be’. The same guy delivered my pizza 30 min later and it was already cold. Waited 2 hours, paid $27 for a cold pizza. Not impressed.

We didn’t catch his name but the gentleman working Memorial Day today was fantastic!! Some people probably get upset they have to work but that didn’t dampen his spirit at all—on top of the fact that we ordered a late pizza and added cheese sticks last minute (he actually talked me into getting them haha). We just moved to the neighborhood and this is the BEST Casey’s pizza we have ever had by far!! Don’t let this employee go!
