My son and I attended a play tonight and decided to get something to eat afterwards. We made it to popeyes at 9:45 (they close at 10). We pull up to the drive thru only to hear “thank you for choosing Popeyes, we’re closed!”. I pulled up to the window and asked the young lady if they closed at 10. Her response to me was that they were all sold out for today.( The lights were still on) can someone tell me when popeyes started being sold out. Clearly the workers did NOT want to work late!

We were in the drive thru over 30 minutes. We had a coupon for the family meal at 10 pc chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. They didn’t give me the sides first and said they were in the box….Nooooo. A large size coleslaw can’t fit in the box. So after opening up the chicken to prove it, we got the sides but No biscuits. Manager needs to be more attentive

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too… we sat in drive thru over 30 minutes they lost our order found a excuse on why they couldn’t open the freezer and didn’t wanna give me my money back… had the nerve to send three different untrained staff to say I’m sorry and mention another excuse they need some more older people who care bout customers service in this joint. We out here pure sleep at the driveway waiting… receipt says 9:12 we pulling out at 9:50 no food mad as hell
