Went here to get the spider verse whopper for the hell of it. Severely understaffed, facilities from the dining room all the way back are in abhorrent condition. I did not feel comfortable eating my food from such an unkempt facility and threw it out promptly upon receiving it.

This store seriously deserves 0 stars. The 2 workers they had here looked high. We ordered our food, and waited 30 MINUTES before we even got our food. The store itself was disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days and smelt very musty. On top of that, the workers were not wearing gloves. That is very unsanitary and we will be reporting this to the health department. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to this location.

If it was possible to give negative amount of stars, i would. Had to order on the app because it was faster than waiting for an employee to take the order. This location is severely understaffed. While waiting for order every table was dirty. Waited over 20-30 minutes for food. Will not be coming back to this location.

This Burger King is severely understaffed. Even when there is no line, their orders often take much too long to get out. I work in the connected Walmart, and I see the BK supervisor dump trash in our backroom or use the restroom without washing his hands. He collected fries with his bare hands to serve to customers who had been waiting 10 minutes, and his hands were covered in cleaning chemicals. He has been cleaning the lobby for a ridiculous amount of time whilst his poor singular employee runs the busy register AND food line. ONE person is definitely not enough for that. He could easily save the cleaning for after closing time or when it’s less busy. But instead he leaves it to his employee to take care of everything. And I’ve been waiting here 40+ minutes for my single burger.

So I never write reviews but I feel like this experience deserved one… I was with my girlfriend getting some grocery’s and after we finished she wanted to go to Burger King. We waiting for about 5 minutes up front wondering if the shop was even open. Finally one worker came out of the back. He looked at us then proceeded to begin cleaning. He called back to him asking if they were still open. He glared at me and said nothing. He slowly walked to the front continuing to glare at me. He still doesn’t say anything so we just order. Ordered a $6 Your Way deal and the employee said that deal isn’t in their system. Why is it on your menu if it’s not in your system? So I asked him what items on the menu can I not order if that’s the case and he just shrugged and stared at me. So I guess there are some items on their menu that are not in their system but they don’t know which ones. Get it together BK
