The manager wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. Mind you I have ordered this pizza before and they did not bring us the right pizza. There’s nothing garlic or Parmesan about this pizza it’s just regular cheese pizza there’s not even Italian seasoning on top. I’m sick of their inability to just give you what you paid for. I mean seriously why is it so hard. I’m done patronizing their business they can’t get it right and instead of making it right they argue with you.

We ordered DoorDash from here yesterday. The pizza bowl was delicious however the white pizza was lacking in flavor & had black olives instead of green olives. The cheese sticks were pretty good.

New location and seems to be doing fine for the most part. I had ordered chipotle honey chicken poppers and a pineapple and pepperoni pizza last night. The chipotle chicken poppers were not tossed in any sauce. The pizza had hardly any pineapple or pepperoni. Not very impressed especially after being charged for extra toppings .

It’s always something with this place… something missing, wrong item, or this time they apparently sent it through the gates of hell before sending it out the door. Whoever pulled this knew it was bunt and still sent it out. Shows a lack of integrity and just flat out not caring on their part. There’s too many better options available to bieve you can push this out the door and be okay. Riverside, Italian Pie, hell even Marcos and Dominos os better than this. I did tear a piece off to see if it was salvageable but it taste like burnt toast with charred tomatoes paste. And cold

Never again will I waste another dollar on Papa Johns. They use an overseas call center for their orders. Pizza never arrived. I called the location many times but it kept forwarding me to an annoying automated ad. Finally got through and the employee told me to stop wasting her time after I asked how she can rectify the situation. She just told me to wait because my pizzas just left the door (after 2 hours). Pizza never arrived. I cancelled but don’t know if I’ll get paid or not or if someone from overseas has my credit card info now. She won’t even give me the proper contact info to speak with her manager. Worst experience ever. Do yourselves a favor and don’t waste your time and money here.

Always happy to have a high quality Papa Johns around the block. As of January twenty fourth, the staff did a splendid job! I placed my order for an extra large meat pizza, jalapeno poppers, and eight barbecue wings. Within less than twenty five minutes, my order was waiting for me to pickup. Everything was exactly as I had ordered online, hot inside the foil, and was wrapped up very well along with condiments. I look forward to ordering more here in the future. Good job to the team.

So, I ordered a fairly large order through the website and was redirected to this franchise from the one I usually get my orders. When my order was delivered, I only received ONE dipping sauce from the SIX that were supposed to come with my order. This made the already dry chicken wings and poppers even more unpalatable. The sauce that was supposed to coat the chicken was applied sparingly and only imparted a slight flavor. The pizza was fair – not great but at least edible. Hopefully, they will up their game going forward but I will definitely avoid this location in the future.

Angie has such great customer service and sales experience, I offered her a job with my Mahor corporation that I work for. She declined. Overall her professionalism needs to be appreciated. Our food was delivery sooner than expected, the driver didn’t catch her name was friendly and cautious as our instruction of our dogs training and manorismn. You all delivered great service! Shout out to the people who made the food, im a person in that line whom sometimes doesn’t get recognized, fantastic job!
