There’s a guy who works at this location who is just amazing. He always has a wonderful attitude. He always says “Hello, beautiful!” And it brightens my day. He has an amazing personality and he deserves so much recognition for the work he does. He goes above and beyond with his customer service.

Its been difficult to come here lately but its the only Starbucks thats open on my way to work. It used to be very quick, efficent and they used to make my drink accurately. But this past month im lucky to get through the drive through in 20minutes. Every time I go through there’s something wrong with my order. The only positive is that the workers are very friendly.

My drinks from this location are usually pretty good,not much of a problem there.I have walked out a number of times rather than wait 10-15 minutes for a Cafe Mocha.The problem is,many times they only have one barista working.This location is too busy for just one barista.I have sometimes walked out and gone to the Starbucks close by on the corner of Portage Trail.By doing so,the overall time to get my drink was probably less than if I had waited for one person to make all the drinks people were waiting for.
