Visiting Key West & craving something familiar , Papa John’s was close by, so that got our vote.. we found an extremely friendly staff, impressed at how clean the store was, met an awesome little dog & most importantly, we had one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long long time.. don’t get me wrong, lots of great restaurants and little desserts places all over Key West, however it was nice to go somewhere predictable & have a reasonably priced meal.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I’ll have to call Corporate, because they have taken money from my bank account that is not authorized. Save your money. Please do not order from this place. They take your order, you never receive your food, they are rude when you call to find out where your food is, make all kinds of excuses. One reason given, “you are 12 minutes away”. Another reason given, “we had a big order, right before yours and had to make room for yours”. Then they confirm that they have cancelled the order (after waiting for an hour and a half for a pizza that still hasn’t shown up). And after cancelling the order, they still take your money, with no refund showing up in your bank account. Buyer beware, these are very, very rude people who will steal your money for food that you never receive.

This should be 0 stars. Showing delivered 30 minutes after time stated. I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes with the location with no answer. Nothing was delivered. This place is a joke now that I have read the other reviews here. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – FRAUD!!!

Ordered honey Chipotle bites, received ice cold BBQ wings with hardly any sauce. Chicken papadia had onion and tomatoes that I had unselected on app. The pizza, if you can call it that, was a joke. Hardly any sauce, toppings mostly on one side, shaped all kinds of funky and half of it was crust. And can we talk about the slice sizes of both the pizza and cookie? Is cutting in half a hard concept? Why do so many people not take pride in their work anymore? Tried calling the store and was placed on hold without even being acknowledged.

I ordered a small vegetarian pizza with extra sauce and some banana peppers and they just sent me a all meat lovers pizza. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from this place again they don’t take orders correctly. They need more Women to answer the phones to take orders because men don’t listen. That’s the problem.

This is actually a zero star review. I ordered 50$ of food from here today at 2:30pm. I waited patiently until 4:15 pm, at which point I called the store. The guy on the phone from the store said that my order was voided, I was never called or texted that my order would be canceled. What a joke. I will never order from this store ever again. Good luck getting any kind of decent type of service at this location. I called corporate and let them know the issues happening at this store.

Never call or just stop in and order without a coupon. I just paid $70 for 3 gross pizzas. The guy said that’s what happens when you call and order on the phone. Sauce tasted like sugar.
