Dont order here through DoorDash they won’t fix there mistakes when your food arrives. Loaded fries were plain fries. Got 1.84 credit for 6 dollar fries. Spent 160 dollars there in last month. Thanks CF!

Ordered delivery and overall it was good. The Philly Cheese steak pizza seemed to have much fewer toppings on it than it should have had. Some pieces of the pizza would only have a small bit of onion and green pepper with no meat.

We have really enjoyed Crooked Feathers in the past. This past Friday, we ordered for delivery. I was keeping my grandkids and my husband was still asleep because he works nights. My daughter would have gone to pick up our order even though she had a project she was working on. According to their website, it would only take 45 minutes to be delivered, so I opted to do that so that my daughter could finish her work. The order was placed at 5:51pm. An hour later, I called to check on the status of our order. The guy on the phone stated that it would be 10-13 minutes longer. Then he said, “Well, it is Friday night.” Before we hung up, he said that if it wasn’t delivered in the next few minutes, to give them a call back. It was time to wake up my husband, so I hustled to heat up leftovers for him. Around 7:15pm, the guy I had spoken from earlier said that the general manager was delivering our order and it should be here within the next several minutes. Our order was delivered at 7:25pm. I spoke with gal who delivered the order because I was told she was the general manager. Her reply to me was that she was just a driver. Both the guy and the gal gave me an unconvincing apology. The order was almost $87 with an almost $12 tip. As a compensation, they took $10 off our order. After the gal left, I brought the pizza in and upon inspection, we realized that one of the pizzas was not made as ordered. We asked for no tomatoes and no tangy talon sauce, but they were both on the pizza. The pizzas were not flavorful as they have been in the past. We had to add spices to all of the pizzas. It was so disappointing. The pizza at Crooked Feathers is not cheap! We like to support local small businesses, but we do not plan on patronizing this one again. I tried to address these issues with them on a personal level, but they have not responded to this day. That is why I feel it is important for others to know that they accept this level of service. We do not! Hopefully, this will help someone else avoid a similar situation.

If I could give it no star I would!!!!!This is most likely the worse pizza I’ve ever had. I was skeptical about a “chicken place” having pizza. Boy was I right! The pizza was about the size of a party pizza but was over $14:00. Then once it arrived it was like warm and limp at best. This place needs to stop selling pizza. I have not tried there chicken yet but anything has to be better that this “pizza”
