I ordered the wings. I had 2 “Hot” and 1 “Cluck Me Thats Hot”. The spice level was just where I liked it. Hot enough to know you’re eating hot chicken but not so hot that you can’t enjoy the food. The wings came with two sides. I had the fries and greens. I also decided to try a lemonade from Guernsey’s. The drink was a bit sweet, but overall, everything was great. I’ll definitely be going back for more.

This is a review for the food truck, which I visited today via Urbanrest Brewing. Anyone who knows me, knows I am a sucker for a good hot chicken sandwich. The person running the truck was super friendly and got my food out in a reasonable amount of time. The sandwich itself was perfect, exactly what you would expect. I got the “hot” flavor but I could’ve easily gone up to the hottest (I have a high spice tolerance, though). The fries were crispy too. Looking forward to my next visit!!

Come on a weekday afternoon. It wasn’t busy. The weather was nice so we sat outside. I got the sando sandwich which was amazing with the hot heat. My wife got the chicken tenders with the mild, with cowboy beans. She loved it! Service was on point will bring friends to eat hear.

A great piece of chicken on every sandwich. The spice is perfect for me. Hot made me sweat just a little. The Cluck Me It’s Hot level is for those who really like it blazing. Friendly service.

They say “hot chicken” and they mean it. The powder coating ought to warn you — a rich russet shade that screams ‘delicious mouth burning happiness’. Don’t order here thinking that ‘hot’ means a wimpy little puff of heat, but instead, it calls on the best Louisville tradition to ease you into that first juicy bite before the heat wallops you in the tongue.

Wonderful fried chicken! The “hot” had a really nice heat. All of the sides are excellent especially the beans & greens. Ask about the market side – today they had a lovely pimento pasta salad. The service is friendly and helpful. Chicken can be fried to order so you may wait, but it’s absolutely worth it.

Better then Dave’s Hot Chicken for sure. The food was very fresh and had good flavor. The sandwich was great, we got medium and it had ok heat but a lot of spice flavor which was nice. The tenders we ordered hot which I enjoyed more then the medium but it does have a bit of heat. Sides were all good, would go back.

Ordered the jumbo chicken tenders Hot level of spice, picked my 2 sides to be fries, it also came with some pickles and a piece of bread. Delicious! The hot flavor was great like a true Nashville hot and the pieces of chicken were a great size. The fries were tasty but the chicken was just awesome. All for 13$. Great deal! Definitely will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Little Lou’s Hot Chicken and I have to say, it was a true culinary delight! The sandwich was absolutely perfect – the spice was clucking hot (pun intended) and the chicken was so moist and juicy. But the real standout for me were the crinkle cut fries – they were just amazing. Plus, the ambience at Little Lou’s was top-notch – the decor was stylish and the staff were all super attractive and friendly. In fact, I was tempted to ask for a job application just so I could bask in the glow of their attractiveness on a daily basis. All joking aside, the employees at Little Lou’s really added to the overall dining experience and made it a memorable one.

I’m not a chicken sandwich fanatic, but this place was delicious. The serving size of the Sando was just right. The combination of the medium heat, pickles and coleslaw was fantastic. I would for sure go back and have another sando and try other offerings. Their menu is small, which is nice. Keep it simple and deliver every time.
