Being a Vietnamese person who grew up around the bay area in California – I am very very picky about where I go to get my Pho. I’ve heard really good reviews about Pho Brothers and have ordered them twice but this is my first time ordering Pho from them. This review is a reflection solely on the quality of the food since I did a delivery order. I haven’t visited the establishment yet to dine in so I cannot speak on the customer service.

I’ve been by this place a bit but never stopped in. I grabbed dinner there tonight and ordered the V1. It was absolutely perfect! It had shrimp, pork, a roll, veggies, vermicelli and sauce. Every flavor profile was spot on and was extremely fresh. Prices were fair and atmosphere was very nice! I will definitely be back with fam and friends! We’ll done!!

I kept it simple and ordered brisket in beef broth pho. I found the broth to be very flavorful with fresh tasting spices. I loved the brisket as well. Overall, fresh and good quality, just what you want out of pho!

The pho broth is the best we have had in awhile! My fiance is Vietnamese and he likes it so much that he has been to the restaurant 4 times in the past 4 days! The service was also excellent. So happy to have a great place to get pho less than 10 minutes from our house.

This is our favorite restaurant in Vancouver. The pho is incredible, but I highly recommend branching out and trying any of the rice or vermicelli dishes with meat and sauce. We dine in or order delivery/take out regularly and have never, ever been dissatisfied. The service is excellent, and the interior is really cute and bistro-like. You will not be disappointed.

Although I’m not Vietnamese, I don’t feel I need to be to know what I like. I ordered the large pho Thai which was amazing. The broth was better than any other local location I have visited. It was definitely not bland as written in one review, and I would definitely enjoy it without additional spices.

Great food. Had their bahn mi and real jasmine milk tea, it was great. The server was energetic and great to be around. Will have to come back and try their pho. They have a small(er) menu which is a good sign. Glad there are people who really care about the food they serve in vancouver.
