This location is the worst!!! Let me set the scene: a young guy, an older lady and my daughter and I walked in at the same time. The young guy first, the older lady then us. Apparently the young guy works there because was talking to the person taking the orders and to the person in the back. He orders and sits down to a large group of guys who where sitting eating and drinking smoothies. The lady in front of me places and order and the guy behind the counter tells her there’s a wait of 45 mins to an hour (while standing there twisting and playing with his hair and making no eye contact). So she says your telling me that no matter what I order it’s gonna take an hour, for even a smoothie. He said yes. She leaves. I walk up and he says the same thing. SO I LEFT!!! But there’s a catch… I didn’t leave the parking lot just to see how long it would take for this young guy that was in front of us to get his smoothie. Since I was parked right in front of the door I sat there and waited and watched. Just as I thought he got his smoothie in less than 10 mins. So this establishment is picking and choosing orders. They are lazy and unsanitary. Needless to say I won’t be back and I’m calling corporate today!

7/22/22 I walk in and see everyone is a phone zombie. No greetings just unwelcoming. I would blame the staff but from other reviews it seems like this is a very common problem so I blame the owner/manager. Your the problem not handling the problems and the company needs to train you. The smoothie was not bad and thats why you get 2 stars.

Went there yesterday, ordered two wraps. Girl behind register took my order, reached over after I inserted my credit card and clicked on green button on credit card keypad and gave herself a tip! I watched as I waited for my food and she literally did the same thing with three customers after me. I called and spoke with the owner and he replied “ she’s new , still in training.” Sooo she didn’t know that she was purposely stealing? $3 dollar tip for mine x 10 customers per hour x 8 hours = $$$ ! Beware when you go !!! He wanted to refund the tip . I hung up. Umm what about all the other customers and how long has this been going on for?

there is one girl on the counter she taking orders in phone 12:40pm date 10|05|2023 . I called to store to place an order. It’s not connecting I called 20 times and I came to the store to place an order. she wanted put a landline, phone aside. I got shocked literally she’s picking the calling keeping the phone beside. I told here can you please put a landline correctly so that customer can call you in a place an order she realized, and she put landline phone normally . after 1 hour I called her again to place one more order. She literally picking the landline call and putting a side again. if you do like this you may lose a lot of business. I went to the store again asked her and she said I am sorry . Bad service.

Made a takeout order today for my place of work, did not appreciate being charged for a full sized smoothie when their cup sizes are significantly smaller than they ever been. Prices need to be adjusted to the cup Oz. Not charge the same price and decrease the size.
