I went in to the Yulee Arby’s last night (5/4/23) around 5:30 to pick up some food. The young man who took my order (I believe his name is Joe) was very personable and moved quickly to get my order together while helping to handle several other customers at the drive-thru and the counter. While doing that he was supervising employees, making sure items were stocked/filled and the place was clean. He obviously took pride in what he was doing and how he represented Arby’s, as well as himself. These things are important, at least to me. I walked in to get a sandwich and walked out impressed enough to write a review. Thank you, Joe and staff at the Yulee Arby’s. I appreciate your efforts.

Orders were incomplete and wrong. I understand they’re new and trying, but there was some disappointment with my grandpas order. He ordered a meal deal for two chicken sandwiches. He only received one. And the one he did get, didn’t even have a chicken patty. It had two little strips in its place. Lazy!

Where’s the meat?? Ordered market fresh sandwich and this is what Arby’s in Yulee FL gave me! Very disappointed. I’ve had Arby’s sandwiches before and they were excellent. Need more training on how to make a sandwich!
