I was hesitant to come here due to some of the reviews, but I gave it a chance since I’m only here for a few days. I went (Aug 2, 2022) I’m glad I did the shakes and teas that my husband and I got were very good. The gentleman that helped us was absolutely a sweetheart! I got there 23 mins before closing, and he was super welcoming, took his time, went over the menu with me overall excellent customer service! (Exactly what I look for when I am hiring employees!) I wish I remembered his name because he definitely deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service! I got the s’mores shake and custom tea, and I loved it! Overall, I would recommend going if you are craving a shake or some yummy energy teas!

Decided to try this place after several years of going to the gym right by it. The smell in their was so strong felt like I was walking in to bath body n works but cheap products , almost walked out. Horrible customer service, not even a hello as I walked in, and the guy who was “assisting” me did not care to help me out on what to order and I was practically the only customer there . The only friendly vibe I got was from another customer who was sitting at the bar. The shake was ok , I would say overpriced.

If I could give more stars I would! I never been to this nutrion place before and they were super patient with me when they went over everything that comes with the combo meal. Their aloe shot is not like others(not slimy, tastes great), teas are delicious(peach ring flavor is , and protein shakes do not disappoint ! Great atmosphere, great attitudes, great place. Will be coming back!!

I’ve been a couple times before and the shakes are great, I will give them that. I have recently started tracking my macros (fat/ protein/ carbs) that I eat on a daily basis and thought since this is supposed to be a “healthy” establishment, I figured I would get a drink for lunch to mix things up! I waited in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me that they do not have the available macros for the shakes, teas, or aloes.

AVOID if you can and find a different nutrition shop to support. Since the new owners have taken over and brought in new staff it is the most unfriendly, hostile, and drama filled environment. If you want something custom, forget about it they wont accommodate a special order ( to make a tea like they used to). They dilute their powders now with water to make them last longer, so if you ask for them to make your tea with a powder they turn you away. I left this morning without my order because she “doesn’t make them that way anymore”. When I stop at a shake shop almost daily and order a tea that is always made with powder and then suddenly they change the rules on how they can make them and turn customers away, that is poor business and they don’t deserve support…I will not be returning and if asked will not recommend to anyone!

Never going back here thats FOR SURE! First they insisted that I give my email address, phone number, and address just to order a smoothie!!! When I said I didn’t feel comfortable sharing that information they shrugged and said I couldn’t order unless I was in their system. So I made up the information to order a smoothie. Then I’m not exaggerating, it took 45 minutes for me to get 1 smoothie!!!! WOW. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I don’t know, I come here after the gym in occasion and I have to say this is the most unwelcoming club I’ve ever had the honor of paying $18.00 for a tea & smoothie. They look at each other and roll their eyes in front of clients…. I just think that for your price of purchase maybe at least hire some professional acting ladies? Only giving 3 stars because I’m a fan of Herbalife.

Absolutely luv this pace I work out ️♀️ hard 3-4 times a week and this place is my reward. Not only are the staff wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly the smoothies are phenomenal. What better way to have a treat and lose weight….? I will continue buying their products.
