I’m standing in line to pick up an order. As soon as the ladies in front of me completed I begin to step forward when a Doordasher starts talking and cuts in front of me. I explained I was there for the same thing and was waiting my turn. The employee apologized to her although she was in the wrong. I would never recommend this place due to the employee not understanding what waiting in line means. I’m surprised it’s not more chaotic in there.

Hi everyone! Yesterday being in the area, I Googled and found this place Citrina. I’ve seen it before from the outside, but inside is such a cool vibe of a place. I struggled really wanting to give this a 5 , and I think it probably is…. so let me tell the great things.

Service: Consistently has this rude chick. Which is fine, I go to places for food. I ignore the attitude and scowl usually. I don’t know why she’s like that, but my review isn’t 3 stars because of her, it’s for the acai bowl.

I ordered a chicken torta and specified in the instructions that I was allergic to mayonnaise. Not only did they add it, but they packaged all the food together, contaminating everything else I ordered. They didn’t even bother replacing or refunding me might I add. Allergic reactions is nothing to joke around about and you guys should take it seriously. Horrible service and on top of that, expensive.

Five stars! This place is nice, and friendly! The vegan sandwich is pure awesome! I have been searching for a place that’s vegan friendly, plus not that expensive. This place I recommend, and everyone should try this place. So, they can stay in business. Moat vegan places are always expensive, an in downtown. Its about time that we have one here in national city. The vegan sandwich is aweaome. So many options for those that’s transitioning to vegatarian, and vegans.

This is my second time eating here and the food and decor are both top notch! I had a small Druid salad and the morning croissant I believe it’s called. I requested dried cranberries be added to the fruit salad and that topped it off perfectly! The fruit salad was fresh and delicious, the granola was crispy and light while the honey was just the right amount of sweet! The croissant was warm, soft, also crisp! It had a extremely tasteful chipotle sauce that complimented the warm ham and melted cheddar cheese that made it that much more spectacularly good!

It took 25 minutes for a beet juice. That is ridiculous, even when it’s not busy, I’m sorry I never complain but that’s crazy when there are more then a few works there just moving like snails…..need better service.

I live in the neighborhood, have visited about 6 times and really want to like this place but the quality and prices just don’t match. Usually go for the smoothies, which are delicious and seem less sugary than places like Jamba, but they cost about a $1 or two more. Tortas are ok, you’ll find much better ones at any taco shop. Today I tried my first acai bowl, the Nutty Bowl, and I’m pretty sure it will be my last time visiting. Tiny plastic container with 3 firm golfball-sized scoops of acai, about a tablespoon of peanut butter, some shaved almonds, cashews and about 1/2 cup granola with slices of banana – $13.

Paid $10.00 for the worst oatmeal. It was all clumped together I could tell it was hours old the fruit and seeds were soggy the banana was brown.
