Rating the AVAILABLE food is 4 stars, but I just spent $18 on a meal and they were OUT of fajita veggies and the iced tea dispenser was empty. The current “limited time” meat is Garlic Guadalajara Steak. How are you out of fajita veggies when you’re serving steak?! They are made for each other! Absolute manager failure!

Place was good when it first opened. Ingredients were well made, nothing was over cooked or under cooked. Just went back for 2 bowls for today and tomorrow and after eating the first bowl the rice was almost rock solid. I’m not sure why or how this happened, heck I don’t know how you scoop rice and hear the sound it makes and not know its under cooked that badly. I liked this place but sadly I can’t go back, seems they’ve fallen into the same trap the other locations have of just simply not preparing the food properly. Staff was nice but that doesn’t make up for a terrible meal. Please for the love of everything, train your staff how to make rice.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews because this location is often out of certain ingredients. And in fact this happened to us also. But I’m willing to overlook that minor inconvenience because the staff is always positive and really seem to enjoy what they’re doing. I feel like a valued customer. The line server apologized for not having the item I ordered but I tried something else and it was great. My wife and I have been there 3 or 4 times and we’ll continue dining there.

I never do this . here goes I go to many restaurants and have eating at many chipotle and I have to say lately they’re all disappointing.I came to butler yesterday and was craving a good bowl thought this time would be different nope the rice was not cooked all the way there were big chunks of the out side of my avocado in it and the chicken was so fatty yuck . The staff is always very kind some do rush you threw your thought option of making a good bowl for your self but it’s ok just hope the quality picks ups soon .

Chipotle is already expensive for what it is … a little bit of meat and rice… i frequently go to the hermitage and boardman chipotle and my bowl is … full… i placed a mobile order to the butler chipotle & paid $24 for 2 steak bowls and they look like a side dish.

This store is a joke. They never get any orders right. Constantly are “out of things.” Please for the love of your stomach and wallet just go to the Walmart right down the road and buy the ingredients you need and make it cheaper and right.

I can’t eat gluten. I told the employees here and they were so kind. They changed their gloves, wiped down the counters and replaced the serving utensils. I was so pleased and impressed by the care they showed and the great service and the food tasted great.

Daughter took me there last week. It was First time I ever had been to one it was a great experience. The staff there were very nice and the food was awesome!! Daughter is a huge fan of Chipotle. She says Butler is the best one!! Definitely going back!!!!

I ordered delivery and there were 2 people named Amber C who’s order for mixed up with mine so I didn’t get my Tacos and got queso instead of salsa and no chips – no big deal, I go to the store because for whatever reason you can’t be connected to a live person. They said the other Amber came in too so they would make me a new order. I drive all the way home and they STILL didn’t give me my tacos lol so I’m still out $15 for food I didn’t get. I understand mistakes happen but this actually happened to me before as well and I just let it go because we were able to make do with what we had. Now I’m irritated because I actually had to go to the store to resolve the issue and it wasn’t actually resolved.

I usually have good experiences here, but today was absolutely not the case. Ordered a cheese quesadilla with mild salsa and what I got was a toasted tortilla with a dash of cheese and diced tomatoes. Highly disappointed to say the least.
