Food was horrible. Pictures show. My husband’s did even have sausage on it. One guy tried blaming the other guy for ringing it up wrong when he rang us up correctly. We ended up spitting it out and throwing it away. This places bathrooms never work. Tables always dirty. Travelers I advice not stopping. The bread thin and falling apart, bacon crunchy AF and sausage dry. Hash brown tasted like onion and french toast. Ew

Driving from Shreveport, was craving an impossible whopper, lobby was closed. Went to drive thru. One man show Malcolm was killing it. Friendly, patient, efficient, and I got a freshly cooked sandwich and hot, crispy fries.

This was a terrible experience. The manager was rude to the customers along with the short staff. I walked into the lobby along with an elderly customer and was told the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open. This was about 1pm. Cars were lined up to the highway. Neither the manager nor the other employees apologized. I will never visit this Burger King again.

Unfortunately, there were only two people working today because the GM quit. So it took a while to get our food, but it was great hot and fresh. The two young lady’s did the best they could because a crowd of people came in after I did, and it got even more difficult to get orders. I hope they can get some help soon.

We drove through today and stopped here to have dinner. This was our first time ever at a burger king with such horrible serve. All workers were in the back and did not noticed us. We had to wait on someone for awhile to take our order. When he finally did he could not even get our order right. Took forever to get our food which we could not believe because we were the only ones in there. Our food came out discussing and cold. This burger king will not ever get our business again.

Terrible service waited waited and waited there wasn’t three cars ahead of me. Made my order was the only vehicle there had me pull up to front door.waited another 15 minutes finally went in. No customers inside. One person came from the back on there phone told them why i was there he looked at his pfone again walked off a girl comes from outside with someone asked why im there she tells me we haven’t forgot about you we are cooking your order hot ofg the grill. We went inside originally to place our order but the lady at the counter was slow, she seemed like she was new, so we decided to get in the drive-thru. The drive-thru was very fast. The food was decent but sloppy as expected from most drive-thru restaurants. The drinks were basically just carbonated water. Noone was at counter, had to wait for someone to come in from the back. Burger ok, drink machine needed cleaning and the tables dirty. The drinks were mixed up Dr. Pepper was clear, could have been Sprite! One coke was diet coke, one coke was syrup. I usually stop here on way to Baton Rouge each time I stop seems to be worse.
