Seriously the worst burger I have ever wasted money on! It was like a 2oz patty that was ran over with a truck and then grilled on the hot pavement for an hour. For $7 and you don’t even get fries!!! My daughter got fries with her kids meal and 3 chicken tenders but not my $7 pathetic burger. A tiny tiny dollop of their mayo sauce. Had to ask for more.

Worst burgers in town!!!! So oily and thin and gross who ever is running that kitchen should be ashamed!!! I hope they replace this place with something good! I understand why they call it KO burger i literally almost passed out because of how poor the quality was. I can’t believe I spent my hard earned money on they BS will never return! Beware of this place, there are better places to get a good quality burger!

NASTY STAFF. I went to order asking many questions and let them know I can’t eat gluten or dairy. Asked If they had gluten free doughnuts and the guy said yes they are vegan, and I asked again to be sure, “they are gluten free and vegan?” He then told me vegan..but some flour..lol..thats gluten! Asked if they had a gluten free burger bun and they had a gluten free bun, great. I asked if it had dairy in it. The guy said it was Udi’s. Perfect, I know the brand. I ordered a burger and told him only pickles and onions on it, nothing else. I went to order Buffalo Wings. But asked if it had dairy in the Buffalo sauce. He said yes it did. So I told him to remove that from the order. Well, my burger comes out with cheese and some creamy sauce on it, and my bun was grilled in butter. I went back and explained to them I can not eat this. Can you please make it with only pickles and onions and give me a plain bun. They remade it. Then told me “Next time order it that way” in a VERY nasty tone of voice. I said I did, I told the guy who we ordered from. He then comes over and was very nasty with me and said “You NEVER told me you couldn’t eat dairy” I then threw the burger on thier floor as they were so nasty I was afraid to eat it at that point. I am sorry, I am a business man owning multiple businesses. Worst way to treat a customer. I would fire all 3 of them working there today!

Sometimes I like to give a good rating for the restaurant giving me just what I asked for; not more, and not less. KO Burgers at Gather in Greenville did just that. Asked for a Southern Style Hot Dog and Brussel Sprouts and in a short wait I got what I asked for.

Manager was Extremely rude, my food was terrible and when I went to get a refund he didn’t say a thing just grabbed the food out of my hand and walked away and let the cashier handle it. They need someone else running this place or just close all together.

impossible burger was a smash patty. the oversize patty was served on a regular size potato bun, so it was messy to eat. minus one star for the price. $15 for burger and fries.
