One of the best meals I have had in a while. From the Amuse Bouche to Beet salad with champagne vinaigrette and Seabass, all spectacular. We have had two amazing meals at this absolute gem. The service, ambiance and food rivals some of the best restaurants we have dined in, including Paris. Simple perfection on a plate. The bar is bright and elegant with well conceived craft cocktails and importantly, well done classics. Aperitif are not available in the traditional sense yet but the GM went out of his way to ensure my brother had something to enjoy. Have a bit of patience as this new endeavor finds its way and enjoy the experience. The food is worth the wait and attentive servers working as a seamless team make the night a true experience!
