Very inconsistent food quality. Always a lot of team members slowly moving, so it takes forever to get a sandwich and cup of soup. I’d rather pick my food up at the counter versus watch it die in the window because the staff is “busy”. Not sure where management is but they aren’t directing aka managing.

The young man who helped me ( Antavion ), had EXCELLENT customer service. I walked in and stood in line. He immediately signed in to a register, called me over, and took my order. As he took my order he asked about my day, which caught me by surprise, because no one at a restaurant had ever enquired about my day. As I told him about my day he seemed genuinely concerned. After he rang up my food, Antavion personally walked to the kitchen and prepared my sandwich. ” Yes he did wash his hands” I couldn’t leave him a tip on my business card, so after he handed me my food, I walked out to my car and gathered some cash to tip him. This young man is the epitome of Great Customer Service and he definitely deserves a RAISE McAllister’s!!!

Unfortunately the wait time to place an order was 15 minutes of me standing in front of the register patiently. But once my order was taken, I received my food very quickly and it was very delicious

Spud olé! I am happy they serve south Shreveport. 🙂 the first attempt at this old menu item was a little bit disastrous, however an attentive manager had a remake done to perfection! Learning experience. Staff is not diverse, but polite unlike some competitors. Wonderful family outing and atmosphere. Clean & good music.

The ladies that work here are so sweet!!! Especially when you dine in. Our keeps never made it past half full without them offering a refill ! And I looovveee the chicken tortilla soup! I dip my sandwich in annnd pour it over m baked potato!! Lol.. good food, good place!

They were a bit pricy but a great tasting and fresh salad. It felt like paying “sit down” restaurant pricing for “stand in line and order” food. But…it was a good salad, and I will probably go back once I save up some more $$’s.
