Wow. I’m not from Noth Platte. Hardee’s is in a truck stop. But with maybe 2 cars in the drive through, I was ignored, as a person at the register. The tall woman was there when I hot there. 2 women behing her got served. I step forward. The cashier goes into expoditer mode. I stood there like a idiot who doesn’t care for him self. Realty kicked in. I went to Taco John’s. They were amazing.

Fast food? I don’t think so! 3 people working, all of them moving in slow motion. The food is alright, about what you’d expect, but the wait time was 20 minutes. Far too long for no busier than they were. And why not clean up the place, wipe off the tables? It is a restaurant, after all!

I was traveling from Denver to Omaha and i stopped here to grab a burger and take a quick break but they only had two people working and I waited for almost 20 minutes. The woman said she would take my order soon but she never did. I think they were just very understaffed and struggling the day I was there.

It took us 30 minutes to get our 3 famous star burgers. This location also doesn’t have curly fries. Also saw one of the workers vaping in the back. We will just get some roller dogs from Fat Dogs the next time we drive through here.

I’ve never eaten at this location and never will at this point. I’ve picked up many orders and the place is just a dumpster fire. Severely understaffed. Employees that are rude and very obviously don’t care about anything. Management that has zero people skills that criticize, bicker and yell at employees out in the open. They act offended when having to help/serve a customer. One literally threw an order at me. If it wasn’t attached to a fuel station I’d say a grease fire resulting in total loss would be the best thing to happen to this dump.

Truly an awful experience. First thing they got our order wrong-which I understand can happen, but it then took 30 minutes to get the order fixed and I had to stand there and remind them to give me the correct food as it sat on the rack while the employees stood there and stared at me. One of the ladies there was yelling non stop at the other employees. There was only one employee who actually seemed like they were willing to help. What a joke!

Absolute disgrace of a restaurant. Slowest person ever making sandwiches. 6 people meant they were too “busy” to plan ahead of making more than one sandwich at a time. Waste of time don’t even bother. 20 minutes from a fast food place that wasn’t waiting on dropped burgers or fries just slow all around

Just walked in to this Hardee’s. 2 or 3 people in front of me. 10 minutes goes by…place is deserted. A kid finally walks in from outside. People in front of me ask “are you guys open?” The kid just looks at us and walks off without a word. By this time there’s about 8 people there. Eventually all of us just left. Nobody ever showed to serve any of us. Went to sonic instead. Don’t waste your time at this location. Apparently it’s abandoned
