We have gone here three times and every time we have gone the food has been fresh and amazing. The service has been awesome as well! The head cook is an awesome guy and recognized us. We love wings and this is our new favorite place! The Buffalo lemon pepper wings are amazing!

I really like the sports bar atmosphere. Portions were very big for the price. I ate half the wrap and some fries before I took a picture. Also the brisket nachos were very good.

We had the brisket nachos (5/5) and the side of Brussels sprouts (0/5). The nachos were great but the sprouts were all rejected burnt shells. We had sliced quarters of sprouts equaling to a total of 2 whole sprouts

I should say we are spoiled with some of the local food. The service was good- they were friendly and prompt to bring out appetizers. The food was just ok. Our usual go to was booked (4th of July) so we gave this place a try. It’s bar food so we started with queso which was fine, the pickle chips were tasty! My oldest son had wings and shared with my other son Who didn’t like the brisket nachos he ordered. Neither of them were impressed with the wings. I had the chicken sandwich and my husband had a salad. The entrees were all just ok. For the amount we spent, we will go elsewhere

Nice place and atmosphere! It’s a sports bar and restaurant with great burgers and wings! And you can get any drinks made beside just a beer. I definitely would recommend this place for one that’s want to eat and hang out.

Good food. Friendly staff. Lots of TVs for Sat/Sunday game days. Loved my burger and the fries were very good. Great beer list. Only reason I gave it a 4 star vs a 5 star was the lighting. They keep it dimly lit like Marlows Tavern and for a sports bar while hanging out with friends I’d rather it be a bit more bright. Petty, I know, but I’m not on a date, I’m hanging out watching sports so… lol. But definitely will go back.

Service was poor, needed to remind our sever about appetisers, also never came back to check on drinks or anything else. Dish sizes is small , all 4 of us felt hungry after dinner. Fish was salty, Super Bowl salad was good, steak was dry and expensive for what we got. Not a must place.

I want to like this place. Some of their food is good. Do not get their Fish and Chips. Way too greasy. The service was so bad I felt sorry for the server. I’ve never seen such a low charisma person working in the service industry.

We live less than a mile away and enjoy hanging out at Loyal to watch sports. Usually because there are always seats available at the bar when other bars are full and we like the food. WE WANT TO LIKE THIS PLACE. We have been here over a dozen times. But, the bar service is awful. To be fair, the Loyal bartenders aren’t really bartenders. They are servers working the bar. We came in last night, sat at the bar, and for the most part were ignored. Every time we’d finish our drinks, the empty glass would sit there in front of us for 10-20 minutes as we waited for the barkeeps (there were 2) to acknowledge us. Several times, a bartender would come use the computer right in front of us, a foot way from our empty glasses, type on the computer, never look up and then walk away. Only one of the bartenders would make eye contact or serve us. The other ignored us completely until it was time to bring us a tab. It almost felt like we were being ignored intentionally to minimize their workload and make it through the shift. To the Loyal Tavern Management… hire some fun and engaging bartenders! Someone who’s not scared to engage with people at the bar. Someone who learns customer’s names, smiles and knows how to build a rapport with patrons. Someone who recognizes when a customer is almost through with their drink and might need another. If you are wondering why every bar on canton street is full on a Saturday Night except the Loyal Tavern, poor bar service may be the reason.
