BBQ was yummy and service was great. Really liked some of the sides, but not impressed with others. Try the potato salad and the smoked cabbage, mmm. 🙂 Great Place to stop if you’re traveling with Fido.

Only opened now for 3 months. Family run. Prior to this pit master was doing food truck and catering. Now small place for very good que. Wood smoked. Favor was slight smoke. Will return to try again.

I’m a local, and this is my first time eating here. Most of the newer BBQ restaurants in the area don’t impress me much, but this one was really good. The meat was moist (not greasy) and had the right amount of smoke in it. They give pretty generous portions of meat and sides too. Also, the gals working here were friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back again!

Excellent excellent excellent food was great service very personal and friendly. Best BBQ I had the 1/2 chicken smoked cabbage and Mac and cheese. Husband had combination platter with ribs and pulled pork. Everything perfectly prepared from scratch. Doubt you could find better! Can’t miss this one!

Huge portions of fantastic BBQ served here! Very clean with friendly, efficient crew (ordered pulled pork sandwich and was served within few minutes). I’d definitely recommend this pit stop if in Black Mountain area!

I first had their Q at the old truck location in Weaverville a couple of years ago, and loved it. At the old location, it was just sandwiches and chips, but I remembered the pork being fantastic. I was excited to see they’d moved just up the road from us, in Black Mtn., so we had to give it another try.

amazing and delicious pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and extra-crispy (my choice) fries – beautiful presentation, exceptional service, extremely large portions, and the most friendly staff i have had the pleasure of associating with in many years! restaurant was clean, pleasing to the eye, and felt like an extension of home – excellent dining experience!
