Told the pizza was GREAT! Stopped in on Father’s Day. Customer service was average. Didn’t feel welcome at all. Ordered the Chicken Fajitas white pizza. Wasn’t bad but not what I expected. Not sure if we’ll give it another try.

At Philly for the weekend, this is my quick review series of food places I have visited. Zio’s pizza was just OK. If there such thing as 3.5 starts that’s what I will give them. Service was good and fast but the pizza (half pepperoni + half Chicken fajita) was a bit soggy, simply too much sauce and cheese. It also lacked a bit of flavor, maybe as simple as a bit more salt. It was the only fast serving place open late, so that helps if you need to grab a late bite.

We order from here often from work (very close by so we pick it up). It’s consistently good. Crust is good and toppings are generous. We have a vegan so we get half no cheese and they are always careful when they do halfs.

Zio’s is the absolute best pizza parlor! I used to eat here often when I worked in center city. Haven’t been here in 11 yrs. The food is still great! I recommend it to everyone. The employees are nice and friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Zio’s pizza is very good, they always have a lot to choose from. Anytime we want pizza for lunch or a work party we always get it from there. Today they even had chicken and waffle pizza.

Customer services was terrible. The person at the front was not welcoming at all especially if you use your card and it asks if you wanted to leave a tip in which I’m glad I did not. I ordered via telephone a grilled chicken salad and was asked if I wanted a grilled chicken Caesar salad and I stated sure without certain things. I received a salad with no chicken and no dressing as I asked for Ranch instead of Caesar dressing not even a fork to eat the food but that wasn’t even the worst part when I brung the food back and was explaining my issue I was cut off and she walked away because she had an attitude that she got my order wrong. The other people that were there didn’t even try to stop her however the other server did come over to rectify the situation and she was very pleasant. I also spoke with the manger who stated that he would talk to her after her shift however I am not satisfied with that. The moral of the story is the CUSTOMER is always right and if you do not know how to conduct yourself in a customer friendly way please do not get a customer service job. I will not be returning and I have been there several times since February.
