I told her I wanted the honey sesame chicken and the mushrooms. Then she made me sample the chicken and mushrooms. I told her I just wanted the sweet chicken and mushrooms. So she said no meat and I said yes without the meat. She proceeded to give me double mushroom when I told her twice I wanted that specific chicken and the mushrooms. I came back after I opened it and I explained to her what I had said beforehand. She said she was going to charge me extra and I said no thank you. Didn’t even get to eat some lunch on my break, disappointed.The service and price quality sucks here.

i think they got a new name now but the food tasted good but shortly after eating the food my stomach started hurting. i inspected the chicken pieces. some of them clearly way too old to be served. some of them didn’t even look like chicken after further inspection. i will not be going back. literally go to any other restaurant at the food court.

I ordered several sides (bananas, spring rolls, egg rolls, wontons) so I asked for a box so I didn’t have so many loose little bags and the lady refused to give me a box even though my order definitely far exceeded the price of regular meal. I told her I would pay for the box and she refused. They was no one else in line so it was not a matter of time. I will never go there ever again.

I eat this a lot and it’s normally good. I wanted the honey chicken and general chicken this last time. My fiance can’t eat anything spicy so I asked them if I could get it separated and they refused. They told me it would be an additional $5-$6 to just put the same amount of food in an extra container. I won’t be eating there again. Poor customer service.

I purchased food from here on 10/27/21. I ordered orange chicken, General Tsao’s chicken with chow mein noodles. I also ordered fried rice with Kung Pao chicken. I only ate some fried rice and Kung Pao Chicken. A few hours later I became very, very ill!!! Horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea that kept me awake and in pain all night. It is more than 24 hours later and my stomach is still upset and I’ve been in bed all day. I will not eat food from this business ever again!!! I’ve never had an experience like this in my life!!

I tried a sample of the honey chicken, thought it was good so I ordered a plate. The honey chicken I bought was soggy (the sample was not). The noodles I ordered had NO flavor and the spring rolls were gross. Total waste of money!!!!! Also, they are rude and stingy with the condiments. They should shut this place down to make room for a real Chinese place.

Very rude workers. Also none wear a hair net. They aren’t nice they only care about your money! Food is gross and goes bad after few hours! I payed for my food and the lady closed the register and refused to give me my change, argued with me. Then I left. Never going back again. Sarku japan is so much better and nicer!
