Normally I love taco bell, but today (less than 30 minutes ago) I went through the drive through to get a $5 box. When I received my Baja blast it was visibly soapy and you could taste it easily. While not the biggest issue, it makes me wonder how well they are really cleaning their machines.

Cashier was rude when I checked my order, Eric the cashier told me you said it looked right on the screen. I responded with when asked at the speaker I think so with what I can see of the screen. And then proceeded to yell at me and my husband when we asked for a supervisor because of his attitude. And I even added to my order at the window. I check my order and some how he thinks the cinnamon twist was my order and I said I think I have the wrong order I didn’t order that. I was nice and polite until he popped off with you said the screen was right. They don’t read orders back, they don’t give receipts and when I insisted on one the printer is broken. The food was not even par lettuce was wilted the food was squished more cheese then anything. I have seen and had better service at this location before but tonight really made me want to not come back to this location. The manager didn’t even try to address and defuse the situation when cashier called my husband out to fight.

Ordered a burrito extra beef, add rice, ADD(not sub)black beans, didn’t put refried beans like it comes with, NO onions or tomatoes, found a couple random potatoes in it after I had to open it up when the ¹st bite was full of ONIONS!! This item special order item cost $9 and couldn’t get one thing correct and when I opened the package all of the ingredients were busting out of the side I thought wow this is an extremely large stuffed burrito come to find out they were too lazy to fold it correctly maybe it’s because I came 30 minutes before they closed I’m sorry you get paid by the hour to do your job never will eat here again if you want good service and good Taco Bell in Leavenworth to the South 4th Street Taco Bell.

We went in for breakfast and there were no other customers present, not even in the drive thru, however that didn’t prevent the clerk from refusing to wait on us and directed us to use the stupid kiosks instead. Are you scared of interacting with real people, Taco Bell? The kiosks ask a lot of irrelevant questions and then at the end finally ask you if you want any packets of hot sauce. It doesn’t matter, because they don’t give them to you anyway. I had to pick them up on the way out. Good thing I double checked my order. With service like this maybe you guys do need to be replaced by robots.

So…we get back home yesterday, from visiting family in Mo. Before we hit the house we decide to grab some Taco Bell because its close to home. TWO MEALS CAME OUT TO $26!!! I thought they made a mistake, but it looks like their prices went up on the 1st. I get home and my $13 tacos arent even eatible. Look at this nastyshit here!

All of it is bad. First the employees don’t even act like they care. My whole order was messed up. We were told to pull around and then had to wait forever. None of the food was made the way we asked for it. We didn’t get any of the sauces we asked for. Will not go back for a while.
