My sister, who was visiting from Louisiana, & I ordered from this establishment the first afternoon she was here. We should have checked the pizza before leaving. It was the WORST pizza we’ve ever had. The pizza was cold, it looked like it had been sitting for some time (not fresh), the sauce & cheese looked almost non-existent & dry. Horrible!

Customer service for ordering on the phone was great! She kept apologizing as they was only one computer and I had to be on a brief hold. Then she helped me change my order three times to try to get the best price for the deal without a coupon. The pizza tasted great! Everything was as ordered! Terrible store. Food is fine but be prepared to wait forever. Ordered curbside and when I got to the store tried to call the curbside number and someone answered and immediately hung up without saying anything. Then tried calling back multiple times with no answer. Finally had to go in and get the pizza. If you’re not doing curbside then don’t advertise it. This has happened multiple times.

I did an online order. They door dashed it. The food was all cold they forgot drinks and sauces. Very disappointe . When you spend $65 you expect quality. The cinnabons tasted like they were old and looked like it goo. Very very bad experience

This is bye far the worst pizza hit I’ve ever been to so sad such a strong mame in the pizza industry is getting g such a bad rap because of poor management and lazy staff literally the online app is garbage so ever time I place a online order it says there was a problem with payment but it shows it go thru on my acct not. So I hav3 to go or call well eventide I order pizza I have to drive there and order and wait 35 min cause they want answer and if they do they w I ll put u on hold and never come back the only way to get food from this restaurant is clearing g your schedule gir an hour here lately we just use papa John’s to prevent the hassle of dealing with there laziness please pizza hut hire a new district manager and a whole new staff fo r Lincolnton pizza hut cause this is un acceptable how much money are you gonna loose your gonna let this place go under before taking the initiative get your stuff together and do something about it
