Absolutely great team! I had gone a couple times to order drive through, and they were nice and attentive. So I had a catering order for my son’s birthday recently, and they were awesome! Waited forever in line. No one I nfront of me just No one would answer on the speaker. Not busy and I seen over 5 employees waiting for my food. Chicken was not crispy sort of soggy or soft. My kids liked the chicken at dairy queen more.

The worst experience EVER , i called the manager Quentin or Quincy he hung up the phone on me told me that i would have to wait 2 weeks for 13.02 or come back to the store. I’m in route to work and you expect me to drive back when all you had to do was get my order correct as it is displayed on the menu. Why would you give me this nasty over sauced food drowning in condiments!!!! I’ll be waiting for my money back !!!

My husband wanted KFC for his birthday. The service was good. His only complaint was his fries weren’t cooked fresh out the fryer. He didn’t notice until we were home that they were barely warm, but the 2 breasts & wings were hot.I think KFC cooks should cook fries after a customer ordered them not before.

3/2/23 7pm – not sure what the hell is going on lately, but it wasn’t busy. Place web orders, as usual. Each time we go to pick up inside, we’re ignored for minimum of 5 mins, not even a hello. Then, staff acts like I’m an imposition, continuing baby mama drama conversations before handing me someone else’s order.

Wings are TINY and TRASH. They should just stop selling this particular item altogether. Everything I ordered tasted like it had been sitting under the lamp alllllll day. Like chicken jerky. The prices went up and the quality went way down.

As with many fast food places, it’s best not to go an hour before close or an hour after open. They try not to waste food by not making more chicken at night (and if they do, that’s what they work with when they open the next day, hence my first warning). It’s great for a midday meal though. Awesome tenders, and chicken poppers.
