I went up to Casey’s with my fiance to buy him his cigars and a lady called me a negative word and didn’t sell me anything and wouldn’t take my id and my man called customer service and explained to her it wasn’t called for and this morning early she didn’t even want to wait on me instead she went outside and talk to a guy instead of waiting on me with my mountain dew white out. It has never been this bad and to me it feels like she shows favoritism to the rest of the customers and not me.

Speedy, friendly service. Good by one get one free, on Stoke cold brew coffee. The store seemed to be clean, products on the shelves appeared to be located in their appropriate location of each particular product. I would shop at this Casey’s again Happy happy joy joy!!!

Always nice people that greet you when you walk in the door. The coffee selection is better than most gas stations. I’m a coffee snob but I do like the Colombian roast at Caseys. I do wish they would have more food in the warmers for longer hours. They usually have pizza late into the evening but sometimes I just want a chicken tender or two after 10 pm. The only real issue with this location is how packed the parking lot gets during busy hours.

Called to order a pizza. It was kinda late but they are open 24 hr. Was told 25 to 30 mins on the pizza, waited 35 before we even left house. Get all the way across town go in nearly 45 mins later instead of 25 to 30 like we were told, the pizza hadn’t even been started yet. Horrible customer service, needless to say we obviously canceled the pizza so we didn’t have to sit there and wait.

Casey’s is Casey’s. Get gas, nice people, nothing special. Haven’t figured out why the gas in Pella is between 15 cents to 20 cents higher than Knoxville? So, I drive to Knoxville.
