The food was amazing. The chef is Italian and you can tell. The best Italian food I’ve ever had. The service was great and the food was very affordable.

Accommodating owners, helpful wait staff, delicious food. A restaurant in very high demand, with great atmosphere and better cannolis.

We called ahead to find out what the wait would be and decided to go ahead and go. Upon arriving, we found that they had reserved a table for us which was awesome. A man greeted us and told us how much he appreciated our business and told us what kind of specials they had. We had a waiter as well, but this man checked up on us periodically as well to make sure everything was perfect. The food was astoundingly good, you can tell they put some Italian love into it. We will be back as often as we can to support this awesome restaurant.

I ordered from Ciao Chow for the first time tonight. I’ve always heard really good things about this place, and since moving to New Albany, it’s one that I had not tried before. I was a little disappointed, especially spending a lot of money for the food. The fettuccine and spaghetti were very bland and lacking in taste. Almost no taste at all, if I’m honest. The fettuccine was almost like creamy noodle water and the sauce for the spaghetti was like getting a can of tomato sauce and dumping it on top of noodles. I was hoping for a good experience but it definitely did not live up to the hype. I ended up trashing the food. It could definitely use more flavor. Otherwise, I don’t recommend the food at all.

Always a warm welcome and a smile at the door. Staff is hard working and efficient. Sometimes though they are quick to ask if you are done with your plate. The food has been great with every dish tried. Prices are on par with the amount of food you receive. Seating can be a little hectic with the small space they have. But the flow of people is handled well. It’s a great addition to New Albany. One that any local pasta loving patron should experience.

First time customer here. We stopped by on Saturday night with a large group (around 16 people). Everyone was happy with the choice to eat there. Every single dish I saw looked like something I would like to try at a later date. I’ll definitely return! I had the 3 cheese tortellini with crabmeat tossed in spiced Parmesan cream sauce and it was great!

Reservations!! Went to celebrate our anniversary but didn’t think to make a reservation, bummer. Should have known better. The food was incredible when they were in Ashland, expecting the same in New Albany. 3 Stars because I was so disappointed we couldn’t be seated, or 5 Stars because we know the food is good?

As a chef trained in classic Italian, this place nails it. Great service every time I go, great food and a cozy atmosphere. Keep your processed Olive Garden, give me the real deal, scratch made awesomeness that’s served up here.
