We tried the wholotta box , it’s good to share it with three people.. it’s price is good, but it doesn’t taste the best..

The food was good, once they finally got it correct after multiple attempts! They were not busy at all, not even drive thru. This was also the most filthy Taco Bueno I’ve even seen! I’ll stick to the Edmond location. The food really was good though, just sayin.

Staff were okay but not very friendly. Chicken was great but the beef taste like ground up spam. I’d hit taco bell or del taco for beef products. The salsa is really good!

The food was absolutely terrible. I have been a fan of Taco Bueno since the 1980s when i would get the Chicken Fajita nachos in Norman when i was a kid. I realize that sometimes quality can be a roller coaster; ups and downs from time to time. My go to location used to be on NW 39th street and Meridian in Oklahoma City, however i have noticed over the past year that place has gone waay downhill. So i have tried the N May location twice now and both times i have been unimpressed. While the staff is certainly friendly the food is just awful. Not sure what to offer by way of solution but i can tell you i am DONE with the chain entirely until the quality of food can return. The taste was very bland, they didn’t even have the pulled chicken for the enchilada instead it was small chunks of grilled chicken meat which NEVER go into an enchilada. Also the beans were rather bland and the salsa was watered down, and the chips were crushed into tiny little pieces.

I’ve been coming to this location off and on for about 10 years and today was one of the best experiences. They were clearly understaffed. But I’ve never seen someone work so hard to make sure their customers were being taken care of. Thank you Jaena for great service and GREAT food!

The food was ok but not as usual good. The beans were runny and overly lumpy. The lady that took our order seemed like she didnt want to be there and we felt very rushed to give our order.

I was the only customer in the drive thru and was still rushed. She was very rude. She didn’t give me a receipt either. I spent $12 on three burritos that look just like this. So I went inside the store and asked for my money back. I had the food on the counter then when I left she said “don’t worry I’ll throw your food away for you” as if it was still my food. I went to Taco Bell next door and ended up with at least twice as much food for the same price.

Pretty good for fast food staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was good a little sloppy but I could have messed it up driving home. The salsa was good however the pico was old and tomato’s looked past their time I didn’t eat it. Everything else was exceptional. If your looking for bueno and no pico I would recommend coming here.

Food was disgusting. I threw away more than half of my order. Management staff is obviously lack-luster if they’re letting the quality of the ‘Taco Bueno’ product sink this low. The beans were so burnt they were very dark and smelled horrible. The burritos were improperly wrapped so the lettering was transferred onto the tortilla from the packaging. I am beyond displeased with this experience and I’m finally WRITING BUENO OFF MY LIST OF “RESAURANTS” THAT I WILL ORDER “FOOD” FROM.
