Had a trouble experience there today. The owner of the store took my order when I came to pick up it wasn’t what I order.I ask to speak to the manager and he was like “I’m the owner”.his customer service is horrible. He started to argue with me because that’s was the wrong order. Then because im BLACK with an accent he told me to get my Jamaican black self of out his store..im from Trinidad visiting I’ve never being so insulted .being a paying customer. IF YOUR BLACK OR FROM JAMAICA DONT NOT GO THERE

We are locals in Sandestin, tried all pizzas from Grand blvd to Destin, some are decent but surely not $30 worth. We tried Domino’s when it first opened here. Never ever in a year or more we had an issue! We order from them(and only them now) once or more a week, pizza or chicken, a special or no, with coupons or full price you name it. Every time our pizzas were made properly, full full of toppings (even one you get free from rewards program). Few times we had a delivery and it was delivered fast, like 3 times faster than marcos would and their delivery drivers were always dressed in clean and neat looking clothing. No flour on belly ;).

This will be our second time staying at Miramar Beach but the first time we have had Domino’s Pizza here. We have ordered pizza’s three different times during our stay of 2 weeks and all three have been fantastically prepared. Definitely our favorite spots for pizzas when we return. We were greeted with a smile and on my last visit was even recognized and greeted with my first name. Staff here is outstanding. Keep up the good work!

This was the best pizza experience I’ve had in years. This was our last night of vacation and we wanted to take it easy, so we ordered some Dominoes at a great price. I walked in just 20 minutes later and was greeted by their very friendly staff and given my order. A sweet lady had even called to let me know they were ready for pickup. Excellent service and the pizza was the best! My 7 year old niece commented that her pizza in Saint Louis isn’t this cheesy. We loved it! Thanks to the team at Miramar Beach. Keep it up!

The people here were insanely rude. They handed out my entire order to the wrong person which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, people make mistakes but they didn’t even tell me I had to overhear them whispering about it and then the older worker (I think he’s a manager) started cussing out one of his employees and yelling at him in front of customers. He cussed his employees out multiple times after too and in front of children. Not to mention the fact that you are completely ignored when you walk in and they don’t talk to you until you say something first. This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever been. They treat their employees and customers like dirt.

Just got into town wanted some pizza for the family after driving 10 hours. Staff lady was extremely rude to us when she asked if we had ordered online and we said no we just saw the sign, we had to go outside and order. Then came inside to sit in waiting area(no one else in area) to get pizza. After about 5 minutes she comes and asks or maybe demands is a better word what our name on the order is and then we tell her we hear her saying they have too many people in waiting area. There were 3 of us waiting on 6 pizzas and dips and bread . Hope pizza is better than service.
