This was my first time there and I welcomed with smiling, friendly faces! I got an order of their pork lumpia(they can make it w/shrimp/crab/pork but it is a special order item). The lumping is good and tasty and about 3.5″ to 4″ long. They also gave me a small portion of their Sisig (a specialty of their’s) to try. It is not what I would have ordered (I’m a very picky eater), but it is good and I would order it again! The owner is in the back cooking! Check them out! 😉

I came in on a Friday afternoon to have dinner. I was turned away because I was told there was a private party, but could order togo. I reluctantly agreed to order the food togo, but then was informed they had no halo halo, so we ended up leaving. The service leaves much to be desired and this was not the first time issues like this occur. The food is delicious but everything else could be very much improved. I feel a lot of business is lost because of this. Plus they don’t take credit card.

Poor customer service from the front staff/cashier. I agree with the other reviews on Google and Yelp that the front person/ cashier has an attitude.

Very good Pilipino food! Sinigang Bangus is delicious and the vegetarian sisig is brilliant. I don’t love tofu but the sisig vegetarian is now my favorite! The girls that work the counter are very good! Pancit bihon and pakbit are very yummy too! Thank you Nova’s Grill!

The most delicous Filipino food. This is my favorite spot in Southern California for Filipino food. The prices are reasonable and the portions are big!

Rude cashier/front guy? Upon entering the establishment, there were loud discussions (in spanish) behind the counter (you would wonder if this was a pilipino restaurant or mexican). We were about to leave and the guy behind the cashier asked what we were ordering and we said we’re dining in. After about 5 minutes of waiting for service, the guy behind the cashier called out on us from where he was (without even bothering to come to our table) and ask what we were ordering — to which we replied: “we do not even have menu book or list”. And he replied: ” it’s over here” (pointing to the menu booklet infeont of him on the counter). At this point we just stood up and left the premises. If we could give a FAT ZERO REVIEW, we would. Avoid this place. There’s NO AMOUNT OF XUSTOMER SERVICE HERE !!!

Good Filipino food. We need to wait for one hour for the food to get ready but it’s worth the wait. This is a CASH only restaurant so make sure you have cash with you before ordering. They should pay attention to orders without shrimp and still give you with shrimp.

Food is good! Loved the pinakbet and sisig. Be prepared to wait… but the wait is worth it. Just try not to come here if you are super super hungry already. We came here at around 1pm and there’s still a small crowd but we got served immediately. Loved it!!!
