Awful Customer Service at 7:30pm on Friday, July 28, 2023. Note, there were no other customers in the facility. I ordered two hot subs. The lady grilling the meat was right on it. The man and woman out front were jabbering and laughing and I waited for nearly 15 minutes before I got my take-out bag with the two sandwiches. I was looking at them the entire wait. They weren’t doing anything. Slackers; I will not return to this Lenny’s location, ever again.

Horrible food! Went in for a chicken Philly with little to no cheese I didn’t even see or taste it. Went in to see if I could get the food remade because of no cheese. The associate literally cut my sandwich open moved food around to find the cheese and refused to remake the sandwich. Smh, I was very disappointed but I was not going to eat that soggy played over sandwich. That was the last straw because I’ve been disappointed with the taste several times.

My daughter wanted Lennys today so we decided to head to the one nearest us, which was this Collierville location. Attempted to order online but the app stated they weren’t accepting orders at the time. No worries, I decided to go in. I always speak and say hello when I arrive somewhere, the staff didn’t acknowledge it. As I was giving the cashier my order she seemed frustrated. I asked if it had been a long day, she responded with a slight nod of yes. That explained the lack of response I received when I came in. The food was Ok, I will most likely pass this location up the next time the family wants Lennys as I usually have a pretty good experience. My daughter wanted olives on her philly cheese steak, she was surprised by the overwhelming amount of olives she received . My Buffalo chicken philly sandwhich was Buffalo sauceless. I assumed this was the management team or franchise owners on staff today, just an assumption though. I realize now I probably should have picked another location or place once the app stated they weren’t accepting orders, they needed a break.

The bread was hard. They told us we couldn’t get a hot sandwich because they had too many phone orders. The large cup is smaller than other locations. The door to the men’s room is too small for the frame so be careful.

This place is hit or miss. Some days it’s good & some days not so much. One thing I will say is to check your food before you leave. Anytime I don’t check my food at least one of my sandwiches are made incorrectly. The positive side is that the service is quick & the sandwiches are not skimpy like some of the other locations.

I have to brag on this location. Everytime I eat here everything is perfect. My personal favorite is the farmhouse salad which is a chef salad on steroids. This store gets my requests and modifications right everytime and they’re quick so you’re not waiting long at all for your food once you place your order. They always double check my order to make sure everything is correct as well.
