Ordered a chicken bowel add barbacoa extra meat. The cashier an older gentlemen with glasses he’s new, charged my for a barbacoa boa add barbacoa. I paid and noticed my change was lower than normal looked at the receipt and said to him. Just letting you know you over charged me. Willing to bite the bullet I just wanted him to be aware and not make another mistake he says no this is correct. We charge you the more expensive option because that’s how business works. Reguardless if you ring up a barbacoa bowl or chicken first the extra meat should be the meat that was ordered. He charged me barbacoa bowl with extra barbacoa. No chicken option. This is not how business works. Opening ripping off customers.

Being a newer location within throwing distance of HQ you’d think this place would have their stuff in order. I’ve dined at this location a few times and food quality varies greatly. Rice seems to never be cooked and chips are stale. Playing the human version of Frogger to get to the front door via the drive up line doesn’t seem like a safe or effective design choice either.

Order salad got to the cash register to get salad dressing and pay. No salad dressing. This happens all the time, no matter what location. Workers need to check to see if there is salad dressing before making bowls. Ugh. I had just gotten out of surgery with my daughter, and we were hungry and wanted something nutritional. Left the bowls on the counter, disappointed.

The manager needs to put more staff on the closing shift. They’d have more time to take orders if they weren’t so busy pre closing @ 8:50pm. Schedule a dedicated closer and have the rest take care of orders. 1 person per station is not enough and it’s making your workers unhappy.

It’s like they’re trying to be a bad location. No greeting from any of the staff. Everyone seems upset to be there. The quality of food has dropped. They’re out of food items. I’m pretty sure the quality of food at chipotle has dropped at all locations. The staffing at most locations makes me hate coming in. It’s just so disappointing to come into chipotle anymore. It’s always a bummer.

So I love chipotle and have ordered the same thing for 10+ years. Today is my 2nd time in this week alone. So I’d love for someone to explain to me why, for the first time. I was charged $1.50 for extra shredded cheese on my bowl. (The amount of which was a small pinch and no where near a $1.50 value). So I guess they just throw in little charges wherever these days to inflate their bottom line. So go to another chipotle there are 5 within a mile of this one.

Every time I order here something gets messed up or I get shorted something. Truly a depressing amount of chips I spent $2.25, not even halfway up, when I could see two full tubs of chips on the counters. Solid 2 star location.

Food and portions are regularly solid. Service isn’t always the friendliest, but it’s quick and accurate. The parking lot entrance/exit can be challenging to navigate during peak meal times but there’s always a spot open.
