I try not to give negative reviews to a restaurant as I know they are doing their best and I commend Derek for trying to get this location back on track, but every time I give this location a chance they let me down. For the fourth time in a row, these guys overcooked my pizza. Just ridiculous they can’t get their act together.

I feel bad marking it low because I usually have a very good experience, but not tonight. The 20 minute pizza took 50 minutes and when they brought it out to the car, after the 2nd call, it was cool. What you see in the pic is supposed to be extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Hopefully it was anomaly because I love Jets.

I a paramedic and have very limited time to get food. I ordered a round pizza. When my order came up they handed my a deep dish I told them it was wrong and they shrugged their shoulders. I had to get a bit upset before they said sorry and said we’ll make the round. But there is no guarantee I’ll get it if someone calls 911 I have to go. Not happy and very hungry

Not only is jet’s Pizza amazing, but the staff here is wonderful too. My niece has celiac disease and likes gluten-free pizza and my mom comes and picks it up. These guys are amazing and helpful and the food is wonderful. Highly recommend and again the staff is just terrific.

We consistently get good pizza from Jets. We ordered the 8 piece Square Detroit style with cheddar cheese, pepperoni and bacon as our 3 toppings, and extra sauce. I feel the extra sauce is important! The pizza with 3 toppings was a special at the time and the price was right. We loved that pizza in a non romantic sense.
