They were low on sofritas so I opted for the veggie bowl. Unless you consider just tomatoes and guacamole a veggie bowl, go to a different location. Asked for sour cream on the side, got guac on top. Of course I was only halfway paying attention and noticed once I got home. A waste of $10.

We’ve been here 3 times including yesterday with our family of 6. Our food has been perfect all three times which is definitely above a reasonable expectation of fast food We’re super grateful for the hot and fresh food, the customer service has been incredible every time! We’ll drive out of our way to eat at this location because they are friendly, the food is on point, and the whole place is really clean. Thank You for having our backs when we stay out too long and need food quickly

Food is good, but I arrived right before 9 pm with a small group. The staff took as long as possible to serve us, lots of grumbling and complaints. Looked like they were moving in slow motion just to make us impatient and hopefully leave. Took us forever to get our food. Lazy lazy lazy. Do your jobs. The bare minimum is apparently too much to ask for in this chipotle.

Consistently terrible delivery service from this Chipotle via the Chipotle App. They blame Doordash, Doordash blames them. Your food is late, cold, missing, and wrong. You pay a 50% premium plus tip, and they won’t answer the phone or the chatbot is broken when you have a problem.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. I have never seen so much food and napkins on the floor and tables as if they didn’t clean all day or actually several days. The food stations looked like a toddlers high chair table after dinner. The soda area had so much ice at the machine all over that not only could you not place your cup down, the ice was falling all over onto the floor while filling my drink. The trash area had trash everywhere. ALL of the employees were so slow that I was there for 15 minutes and I was second in line. One young man, I asked him for a little more pico and he was annoyed because it was the last in the bucket and he had to get more from the fridge. They were out of vegetables and I’ve never seen such dry meat except for the pork. I don’t even like pork but I got it because I was starving and it was the only meat that appeared edible. All of this was during a slow time. I didn’t even dine in. Nor did anyone really. I saw at least 6 cars in the parking lot where people were eating in their car. That’s how bad it was inside.

This location has really taken a turn for the worst. The past two delivery orders have been completely inaccurate. Ordered brown rice, got white rice. Ordered no cheese, it came covered in cheese. Ordered black beans, got no beans. Ordered AND paid for extra chicken, not even close to an appropriate amount for how much they upcharge for this. OH and they regularly leave off side items such as guac that aren’t exactly cheap either. What’s so hard? Won’t be ordering from here again.
