I always get the same thing when I come to a Charley’s so it was awesome to be able to move to a state that still has the best cheeses steak. I think I messed up talking when I was ordering and got the size of my sandwhich wrong but the staff was super nice and fixed it for me. If your looking for a clean sandwhich joint with hot food and cold lemonade definitely hit this spot

Service was horrible, my chicken teriyaki tasted like Steak which I don’t even consume, ordered a6 piece 6.49 they had a special 5 pcs for 6.29 all I asked for was for the special because I didn’t see it at first, they lied and said the fries were in the bag but wasn’t…if your not Mexican or White don’t go trust me they’ll show you how bad they don’t want you to come back! I know I won’t. $36 down the drain.

The food is always good, but I waited just about 30 min to b able to leave w/my sandwich & there was me & 2 other adults w/normal orders in front of me. It’s a sandwich, not rocket science! There’s no reason why 3 non-special sandwiches should take almost 30 min. If it’s going to take that long, it better be a better sandwich!!

Got it got to admit wasn’t too thrilled. Ordered a Phillies three cheese steak looked more like Phillies dry cheese steak . But a thumbs up to the cashier that waited on me he was very apologetic but I let him know it was cool. There was one lady cashier I don’t know maybe she was a supervisor but I thought she was beyond rude I didn’t have too much dealings with her but she did treat another customer very rude and her tone. You’re in customer service if you don’t feel like being polite keep to the back
