Horrible service. My family came here in a rush to get home it it took FOREVER for them to make the sandwiches. They lost the headset, were talking instead of working and every time we tried to talk he was rushing us. Usually every time I come here it’s AMAZING. Food is fantastic. I’m just mad at how ridiculous this time took. Every other time I’ve come here it’s been a 10/10. The workers were slacking a lot. I get it, you’re in a rush to get out of work and have been working all day, but can’t you hurry up and get it over with?

Pretty annoyed about the experience with JJ. Our family ordered from the 41st location to find out they’re closed on Sunday. This is fine but we call the open SW location and there is no offer to transfer our order to their store. We end up reordering, paying again, and rewaiting. The glitch in the system needs to be fixed or we should at least have been allowed to transfer an order/payment to a different location.

I stopped by for a sandwich on 3-11 not long after they opened. All the staff were diligently working but my eye caught on the man wrapping the sandwiches at the end of the line. While I waited for my food, I watched as he wrapped each sandwich with care. One time he wasn’t satisfied with his wrap and he threw the paper out. Maybe whoever that sandwich belonged to wouldnt have cared that it wasn’t wrapped perfect but it was clear that it mattered to the man wrapping it. It says a lot about a person that no matter what job you are doing, that you do it to the best of your ability and take pride in what you do. I truly appreciated how much pride he took in doing a good job. I wanted to tell him, I see you, and appreciate you. I got too shy to say so in person, but here I am telling everyone who cares to read this. If the owner reads this, I hope you value this employee every day as much as I did in the few minutes I waited for my food on this one day. Good help is hard to find, so I hope you notice when you have good ones and reward them accordingly.

I’m still giving it fivestars overall, because I really love Jimmy John’s food. But the atmosphere has never been the same since the covid shutdown. Basically, most of them in our area don’t even really allow you to eat inside anymore. It’s weird that they have most of the tables blocked off. They say it’s because of covid regulations and they haven’t changed back. But I’m seriously curious if it’s more a matter of staffing, because it is much easier to run a place like this with fewer staff, if you don’t allow eat in regularly.

Jimmy John’s has definitely come up in the world since having options other than a white bread made with high fructose corn syrup. Now- it’s bread is made with sugar…..still not needed, but improved. There are several bread options, or just lettuce which is a huge plus. They are still fast as lightening at making subs.
